Chapter Two- The Run

3 months later...

We've been on the run for over 3 months, never staying in one spot too long, we tried to avoid the packs as much as possible and to only get into fights when we needed too.

Flashback...
"Come here rogue pups, we aren't going to hurt you," the first rogue said with a sinister grin. "Little mutts" the other one whispers under his breath.
"We are not coming anywhere near you, and who are you calling mutt? Mutt" I reply calmly and confidently.
The second rogue growls causing Courtney and Bree to shift and growl lowly. All up there were 6 of them onto us three girls. They thought they had us. Until I shifted letting out an alpha roar that could have probably been heard from 10 miles away. I ripped the first ones head off, the taste of his blood was gross and almost like off meat, Courtney and Bree took care of two of them while I finished the other three off. By the time we finished them off. There was an alpha standing over me "shift!" He growled through the mind link, the girls flinched and shifted behind the tree where we had put our bags, but I wasn't backing down I growled low and dangerously towards the alpha. He looked startled so I took that opportunity to grab the girls on my back with our bags and ran.

Present.
"I would kill for some decent food right now" Courtney groaned.
"Not much longer and we can go find something" I reply as I hear a twig snap! I got into my defensive stance and growled, this beautiful man came out from behind the trees with his hands up surrendering, he was gorgeous, dark hair, bright blue eyes, he seemed pale for a wolf but that didn't stop me checking him out he is drool-worthy. He looked like one when suddenly the word slips out of my mouth again "mate". I whispered knowing everyone heard it. He started walking towards me and I knew he was going to reject me so I prepared for the worst when...

He wraps his arms around me sending sparks flying through my body. I take a minute to take in his scent mmmm cinnamon and pine cones, I was in heaven. Someone spoke which woke me out of my trance, I snapped up and noticed Bree standing there shocked and Courtney looking like a truck had hit a kitten!

I turn back to the mysterious mate of mine and whisper "I understand if you want to reject me.."
"Reject you?! I would never! I've been looking everywhere for you, following your Apple and cinnamon scent all around the state. I never thought I'd find you" he yells frightening Bree and Courtney.
I never expected to find a second chance mate he is so godly too! Words can't describe how happy I am there's just one problem I don't even know his name!
"His wolves name is Ryker" my wolf purred
"I'm sorry to sound rude or anything but what's your name?" I asked all of a sudden losing my confidence...
He chuckles oh my god that is the most heavenly sound. "It's Ryder, but most people call me Ry and you are??"
"I'm Trinity, but my friends call me Trini, this is Bree and Courtney, we ran away from our old packs because they were abusive and horrible to us and my other mate rejected me"
As I say that all the boys growl at once making me and the girls jump! "I am so sorry I didn't mean to startle you!" he whispered into my ear making me shiver, his voice full of concern "I just can't believe someone would do that to you lovely girls. Would you ladies like to join my pack we are silver light pack? a pleasure to have you stay with us" we all gasp knowing that these guys are known as the strongest pack in the world! They didn't seem ruthless though which was odd.

We sat there talking for what seemed like hours until it was time to get to the pack house everyone shifts except me because I don't want them to know I'm an alpha just yet, I know I'm am alpha and all but he might see that as a threat and reject me, the girls knew why and Bree let me jump on her back, they all looked confused but rolled with it anyway.

As we got closer to the pack house I could see Courtney sniffing around looking confused then it hit her. Her Mate is here, she followed this scent to a girl, this beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed girl turned around and whispered "mate" Courtney ran straight up to her and kissed her on the lips! For a good five minutes, we are standing there until Bree clears her throat Courtney jumps away from her and purrs "so what's your name beautiful?" "I'm Sarah the alpha's sister".
"it's a pleasure to met you," I interject, she jumps not realising I was there "I'm Trinity you can call me Trini, it seems I'm your brother's mate" I reply softer and with confidence.
