"mommy! gracie invited me to a sleepover! can i go?" my daughter,Rose said as i was making breakfast

"okay baby well we can ask your father when he comes back from his meeting" I said.

"mom im going to be gone all day today, so im coming back tomorrow morning." My other daughter, Gabi, who is 19 said.

"where?" I asked.

"to the mall and im going to sleep over at my boyfriend's house" She said.

"okay honey. be safe." I said as she headed out the door.

"mommy why does she not have to ask daddy??" She asked, pouting.

"because rosie shes older. dont worry youll be there soon" I said, putting the food on her plate.

Soon Jack and the boys came to the house.

"look honey! the boys are here!" I said, mentioning for her to go give them a hug.

"uncles!!" rose ran up to the boys and gave them a hug.

"you got breakfast cooking for us baby?" Jack came up from behind and kissed my shoulder.

"yeah sit down at the dining table guys! we got omelettes today" i said, cooking the eggs.

"aww yess jack you have an amazing wife" Jonah said as i put the plates on the table.

"rosie, wanna sit by uncle zach and eat?" I asked as she moved next to zach. rose has a huge crush on him. I winked at zach and sat down to eat.

"jack, gracie invited rose to go to a sleepover tonight. is that okay?" i asked.

"yeah thats fine, wheres gabi?" He asked.

"um shes with her friends and shes going to be staying at james' house tonight." I said.

Jack choked on his food.

"staying? like sleeping over?" He asked angrily.

"yes, but jack, she is smart and responsible and we trust her right?" I asked, eyeing him because i didnt want him to argue.

"yes." is all jack said.

"hope she doesnt scream to loud" Daniel said as the boys laughed and jack lifted his arm to hit him and daniel flinched.

"jack at least we'll have the house to ourselves" i smirked.

The boys all ooed and cooed. Jack laughed and when the boys left, we dropped rose off at her friends house and drove back home.

I texted gabi to tease her about her and her boyfriend.

"ooh were having the house all to ourselves. you know what this means!" I smirked.

"dinner and video games baby!" Jack said excitedly. Now i know this may sound cringey, you know as husband and wife, but its kinda fun!

Jack and i got home and turned on the tv. We had a netflix marathon with popcorn.

"wow its so quiet here! im used to the two always arguing" jack said.

"i know. its a headache free night" I said as i grabbed his face and kissed his lips.

"are you actually okay with gabi staying with james? you think theyre gonna.. you know.." Jack said.

"i dont think so jack, and even if she were to, shes not stupid. shes 19. basically an adult. im pretty sure she knows what shes doing"

"thats true. boy i cant wait for the day we have a mini Gabriela running around" Jack said.

Jack and I played some video games, screaming at each other because of who was losing, with popcorn everywhere.

"youre cheating!!" Jack yelled.

"i dont even know how to play this leave me alone!!" i yelled back, focusing on killing more people.

"yeAH! i win!!" jack said, playfully pushing me.

"yeah its cuz i let you!" i said, trying to make an excuse.

"oh cmon you didnt know how to play!" He replied.

I looked around the house and looked at the mess we made.

"jack when are we gonna clean this?" I asked, groaning at the sight of popcorn and candy wrappers everywhere.

"we'll do it together. dont worry. come here" Jack said, opening his arms.

I snuggled inside his arms, laying on his shoulder.

"you make me so happy jack avery" i said.

"you make me happy too y/n avery" I He replied, kissing my forehead.
