(AN: this chapter takes place the day after the Hikaris leave. Enjoy!)

Ugh!! Finally Tea has left us alone so we can walk home in peace. It was honestly getting annoying since she hasn't left our sides since we heard that Cheza was only here to kill everyone, including Yugi, Ryo, Marik, and Seto. We couldn't believe it! So, we tried to get them away from her, but they chose her over us, their protectors!! But maybe, we should have given Cheza a chance to defend herself against the accusations. Sigh.

But lately, Akefia, Atem, Malik, Joey, and I have felt a constant string of pain that spikes every so often. We have been wondering why we feel those emotions for a while.

"OMG! I fucking got it!" Akefia exclaimed. "I can't believe we didn't figure it out sooner!"

Ok, I was officially confused. And by the looks it, everyone else was as well. "What the ever living shitdicks are you talking about? Figure what out?" Malik yelled, looking like he was about to kill Akefia any second now.

"I fucking figured out why we have been feeling undercurrents of pain you idiot Tombkeeper!"

"Well?" Atem said, crossing his arms and rolling his eyes. "Why is it?"

"It's not our pain we're feeling! We're feeling these things through our mind links with our Hikaris!"

We all stopped dead in our tracks. "So," I said, afraid I was right. "Our Hikaris have been in pain all this time?"

"It's the only explanation," Joey said as we all started walking again.  "But why didn't they ever come to us about it?"

"I don't know," Akefia said, sounding a bit sad. "But I'm gonna find out. Come on!"

Akefia took off in a run towards home. Atem and I looked at each other, rolled our eyes,  and ran after him, Malik and Joey following closely behind us.

We burst through the doors of the mansion, and ran to our Hikaris' rooms. I stopped in front of Cheza's.

"Cheza!" I called. "Open up! I need to talk to you!" But there was no answer. I knocked, but the force of my knock pushed the door open slightly.

"Cheza?" I asked as I walked in. Her room was spotless and neat, with a black ceiling, red walls, and a gold carpet covering the floor. She had a chestnut colored bookcase by her window, which supported silver blackout curtains, on the left side of the room. A mahogany desk was against the back wall, situated in the middle with a silver chair in front of it. And on the right side of the room was the door to a bathroom, a bed with crimson pillows and sheets and a silver comforter with black wolves on it, and the door to the closet. But there was no Cheza.

Cheza's room has always amazed me, but my attention was drawn to the folded paper laying innocently on the bed.

I walked over to her bed, picked up the paper, and sat down. I noticed that my name was written on the paper I'm Cheza's elegant handwriting. Taking a deep breath, I opened the paper, and started reading.

Yami,

If you are reading this, it means that you came looking for me for some reason.
Yugi, Ryo, Marik, Seto, and I have left Domino for a while and we don't know when we will be back. Not that you should actually care.

I stopped reading and wondered why she thought I wouldn't care about when they would be back. I continued reading, hoping that my questions would be answered.

For the past three and a half months, since you and the other Yamis gave the other Hikaris that ultimatum, you guys have completely denied the fact that we even existed. I know that you felt like I deserved it, but what reason do you have for the others experiencing that?
the Hikaris and I need to heal, and we can't do that here. Mokuba has taken over Kaiba Corp until we get back and he knows why we are leaving. If he wants to tell you, then he can. But if he doesn't, then tough titties.

Sincerely, Cheza Ookami Pendragon-Moto

I heard the door open just as I finished reading. I looked up to see the others coming in and looking as confused as I felt. Why did they leave? I thought. What the hell happened to them that they felt that they had to leave?

"I'm assuming that you read their letters?" I hears Mokuba say from the doorway.

"Yes, what the bloody hell happened that could cause them to leave?"

"You guys..."
