Author's Note 4

I, once again, apologize for not updating as often as I should. It's been really hectic since I last updated... I was working at Sonic, had to plan my wedding, and left Sonic for Pizza Hut cuz I was tired of practically killing myself for a company who didn't give a damn about their employees. Then I started working at Pizza Hut as a server. Two months after that, I became a shift manager. after another 2 months, I transferred to a different location. a few months after that, we experienced the death of our general manager and me and the assistant manager did our best to make sure the store didnt close while the district manager was "looking" for a new general manager. We were working 6-7 days a week for months before we got new shift managers to lessen the load. finally, in August, I got fired from my job for "not performing my duties as expected." I have been trying to balance my life between my family and looking for a new job since then... I will try to update more often since I have more time to do so, but I wont promise anything...

I have edited the previous chapters and im gonna explain some things as best as i can here about the story.

first, I have mentioned Cheza's eye color changing a couple of times... the reason to that is because her eye color changes based on her mood... the darker the color, the more intense the emotion is. Here are the colors and meanings behind them: blue-sadness, green-appreciation/grateful, brown-neutral/numb, gold-determination, orange-guilt, silver-love, purple-fear, and black- hate. one more thing to note is that if her eye color is a mixture of colors, she's feeling more than one emotion

second, Cheza is called a loup garou prophecy. Each prophecy has one species that they share the most traits with. the rest of her family were vampire prophecies while the only other loup garou was the first prophecy. normally prophecies gain more power the older they are. however, because Cheza is technically the daughter of gods, she had a lot of power to start with... too much power for a normal prophecy to control... and her father didnt want to relinquish being the ruler. his original plan was to be the true ruler behind the crown but Cheza was too strong to let that happen.

third, i no that some prople may question seto being a hikari, but heres how i see it, being a yamio or hikari solely depends on the reasons behind y u do what u do. Think about it, seto has always acted the way he does to protect himself and mokuba... money was never a motivator for him. he turned kaiba corp from a military corporation into a gaming corporation simply because he didnt want more kids to suffer like he and mokuba did. he built kaiba land for mokuba and he is fiercely protective of him. when all is said and done, kaiba cares for kids and that is the defining nature of a hikari. if he were a yami, he would just kill anyone who threatened the ones he protects like yami bakura and yami marik (and to a lesser degree yami yugi who was more than willing  to kill kaiba in duelist kingdom.) despite everything they did in the show, their reasons were to protect their hikaris, the ones that balance them out... and another point, yamis are more fighters than anything. Idk about u, but besides throwing a card at a rare hunter to save tea, ive never seen seto actually fight anyone in a physical manner like joey has.

fourth, shadow and sonic may make additional appearances, but they wont stay for long... i couldnt figure out how to get the story where i wanted it with them and yugis grandpa in the picture... i did bring back ryo's sister and atem and yami's parents as well as mahad and mana, but they probably won't be mentioned much. 

i have toyed with making tea and teana siblings in the past so i will clear that up now... they were originally sisters, but tea/anzu grew tired of her immortality. as Cheza is the only one who can turn supernaturals into human, anzu asked cheza if she would turn her... no, teana didnt no about this. Cheza put her through a test to make sure this is what she wanted and she passed the test. when teana found out, she blamed cheza for anzu wanting that in the first place and vowed that she would get her revenge. Anzu's name is tea because she would lose her memories of being a supernatural and wanted a piece of her sister with her... Teana's ultimate plan is to make Cheza suffer for her losing her sister. that is y she controlled tea and made the others hat Cheza... the only ways to break the spell are 1) if the target(s) emotions overwhelm the spell, 2) the caster dies, or 3) If the target(s) believe Cheza to be dead/ dying.

I have also changed Yami Bakura's name to Akefia Tomb instead of Bakura Akefia... my reasoning is because i tend to think of him more as akefia than bakura...

I hope i have answered all of your questions... if u have any questions that i havent gotten to, please feel free to ask... like i have said before, flames are not welcome, but if u have any suggestions/ constructive criticism, that is more than welcome. as i said, this is my first fanfic and idk how well this will go. i no that i have made this confusing af, but that's just how my brain works...
