Third POV

One beautiful Saturday , Mikasa wakes up to the sound of people chattering loudly like a famous person has arrived at Wall Rose. She yawned and stretched and started to wonder what was happening outside. So, she got up and started doing her morning routine.

She puts on her workout outfit to go down and practice with Annie who she still considers her enemy at training. Suddenly, there is a loud bang on her bedroom door. Mikasa then curiously thinks who could it be. She opens the door and finds Connie and the potato girl, Sasha, panting like dogs while trying to tell Mikasa what was going on in the training yard.

Mikasa's POV

"Oh morning guys, what's going on?" "Mikasa you wouldn't believe it! There is a new trainee who claims that they can beat you in hand to hand combat!" I smile to myself and I listen to what they say. "Yea! You have to come with me and Sasha to see for yourself. I bet my dinner on you Mikasa.

"So did I! Now come with us so you can see for yourself. Connie and Sasha grab both of my hands as we run in the hallway all the way down to the training area. We stop at the exit as they were catching their breath as I didn't even break a sweat.

"Ok so who is this new trainee and what do they look like?" Her...name is Valorie. She has short brown hair with blue eyes." I nod as I open the door to see a lot of people chattering while they were gathered around in a circle.

I push my way threw the crowd as I see a girl who perfectly fits the description Connie and Sasha gave her. She notices my presence as she had an evil smile on her round face. I already don't like this girl. Her poster is eye cancer, her grin screams out evil, and she even have wrinkles under her eyes at such a young age.

I cross my arms as I semi glare at her. She smiles brightly as it seems like she saw something so glorious. She eyed me up and down as I give her a weird look. Can't this girl just stop and get on with it?

"So I guess you're Mikasa Ackerman right? The girl who's worth a thousand soldiers?" "I wouldn't be standing right here in front of you if I wasn't." I roll my eyes as I heard her chuckle softly. "I see you have a smart mouth. It would be a shame if my foot went flying in it."

I remain calm and got into my fighting stance. "I don't have time for your crap. Let me kick your ass and the deed is done." She gets in her fighting stance also as the circle gets bigger. I look around and see Armin, Eren, Jean, Annie, and the others.

I smile cheekily as my focus goes on Valorie. She was the one to make the first move as it was a fast punch but I blocked it with my arm then I swing my foot under her knocking her off her feet.

She tries to sweep her feet under me but I step back in time as she quickly gets up. I throw a few fast punches at her as she dodges one but the others hit her in the face as the people around us started yelling like I hit the jackpot in the casino.

As she was stunned by my punches, I grabbed her by the shirt and slam her down. She was struggling to get up because I knocked the oxygen out of her lungs. I was about to step on her face until she took a bit of dust from the ground and threw it at my face.

I quickly try to rub the dust out my eyes which made my vision a bit blurry. I was seeing spots and I knew Valorie wasn't on the ground still. I stand there still focusing my ears onto the sound of footsteps.

She must think I'm helpless without my eyesight. Too bad that I'll have to prove her wrong about it. I hear and feel footsteps come from my left behind me. I turn around and swing out my leg kicking the person who was obviously Valorie. Gladly my vision was back to normal so I can clearly see her attacks.

Tch. I'm getting bored of this already I'm gonna finish it off.. I run towards her grabbing her by the arm, pulling her towards my body fast and hard, and make her flip over my arm as she lands to the ground on her back with a hard thud. I walk over to the groaning Valorie and put my foot on her chest not too hard so she can still breathe.

"You give up yet or you want another beating?" It took her a while as she was still recovering from the fall. "Fine, you win but this isn't the last time we'll be fighting you know.

I chuckle to myself and help her get up as she was limping out of the circle. Everyone started to move as well when I notice a semi short figure by the door. It's Heichou Levi himself. I blush a bit knowing he was watching it from the start. I quickly go inside as a strong, firm arm grab mines. "Oi. Nice work out there. But you still need more training if you want to do more than that. I know you wanted to hurt her badly Mikasa, even though your face is unreadable, your eyes can still show how you're feeling.

I flinch as he stopped talking. How could this powerful midget pay so close attention to my eyes knowing what I wanted? I remove my hand from his grasp and continue to walk in the building going to my room.
