♡Chapter 5 ♡

Finally finished chapter 5, the reason I didn't
do it right after chapter 4 is because I wanted more

Mello's POV:

I sit there, ignoring Matt. I don't know what to say, so much has happened, and I'm getting a lot of anxiety. The last thing I need is for another issue to be made, so I sit in silence, hoping Matt will just leave, but he doesn't.

"Mello, don't ignore me," he said.

"Can't you take a hint, Matt? DON'T YOU KNOW WHEN I WANT TO BE ALONE?"

Matt looked at me, and headed for the door, but then he stopped and turned around before opening it.

"No, I don't," he said,

I look up. What is he doing? I hate this damn idiot right now! Why can't he leave me alone? The red haired boy wearing auburn tinted goggles, still standing there, staring at me; what does he want?

"It's not like I've done shit to you, Mello!" He said, angrily, "Just because you and Near screwed up doesn't mean you have to give me this damn attitude!-

"SHUT UP, MATT!" I yell, "GET OUT BEFORE I MAKE YOU!"

"Make me then, come on, do it," He says, starting to square up.

"Don't get tough with me, Matt," I say.

"Why? What are you going to do about it, Mell- hoe?" Matt says, in a mocking tone.

I can't stand him anymore, all he does it go on and on! I stand up, run over to him, and throw a punch.

"Dammit, Mello!" He yells, shoving me off.

I had hit him right in the goggles. He holds his face in pain, glaring at me.

"I warned you, bitch!" He says.

After this, Matt runs off. I don't care what he's doing, as long as he gets the hell away from me.

Near's POV:

I am currently sitting in the library at a computer. Nobody else is here, it is quiet, just how I prefer it. As I'm studying, I hear the door slam open. I look over, and see a distressed Matt looking around. He doesn't notice me in the corner, so I sit there in silence.

"Near?" He says, still looking around, holding onto his face.

"Matt." I say, quietly.

He walks over to me, one hand covering his left eye. His goggles are in his right hand, he is clenching them tightly.

"Mello just punched me, and it's your fault, Near!" He says, tensing up, "Stop trying to ignore what happened! I know what happened, and if you think I don't them you must think I'm pretty damn stupid!" He was grinding his teeth at this point.

I twirled my hair around my fingers, looking up at Matt...

"What is it that you want me to do, Mail?"

"Whatever I say..." he said, motioning me to follow him. We exit the library...

Where is he taking me?
