Chapter 5 family reunion

Y/n: It has been about three months since I gained control of the legion. And I changed how things were done. We appealed to the masses instead of conquering them. And the iron legion was quickly losing supporters. One day I was walking around with Apollyon. We noticed two soldiers slacking off.

Apollyon: Hey! 

The two saw us and looked in fear.

Apollyon: Get back to work!

Soldier 1: But we have been working all day. We are tired. Please let us rest. 

Apollyon: I said get back to work. *goes to draw sword* 

Y/n: *stops Apollyon* There is a better way to solve this. You two may rest for five minutes. But then get back to work okay? 

Soldier 1: Thank you Lord Y/n.

Soldier 2: You are very kind. 

We walked away.

Apollyon: You are being too soft on them.

Y/n: Nah. People need rest. A few minutes of rest does wonders. 

?: Y/N! 

I looked to see a lawbringer standing there. I recognized his voice. 

Y/n: Will?! 

Will: Y/n! 

Y/n: Will! *runs to him* 

We embraced each other ecstatic. We parted a few seconds later.

Y/n: What are you doing here?! 

Will: We came to find you! 

Y/n: Will I only see you.

?: Surprise! * grabs Y/n and tackles him in a hug*. 

Y/n: Siv! 

Siv: Hi cousin! 

She got off of me and helped me up.

Y/n: Oh man! This is the best day ever! 

Apollyon: *walks over*. Y/n introduce your family. 

Y/n: Oh yeah. Siv, Will. This is Apollyon. Apollyon: This is Siv and Will. 

Siv: Oh. Y/n! 

Y/n: Yeah? 

Siv: Do you any animals?! Every time I see you, you have something fluffy. 

Y/n: *whistles*. 

Grizz ran over. 

Siv excited: Ah! A bear!

Siv ran over and started petting Grizz who was enjoying it.

Will: It is good to see you big bro. 

Y/n: Thanks Will. 

Will: Mom and dad have sent me many letters. How many did they send you?

Y/n saddened: They didn't send me any.

Will: Oh. Sorry. 

Y/n: Its okay. I'm used to it by now. I have not received one letter since I left. I even sent letters to tell them how I was doing. I do not know why I even bother anymore. They don't love me.

Will: No. I refuse to believe that! They-um- the messenger must have been attacked every time. Yeah that's it. 

Siv: *stops petting Grizz and walks over to Y/n*. Yeah Y/n. I am sure uncle F/n and aunt M/n  sent you letters. They just did not reach you. 

Y/n: Thanks guys. But I am not that dumb. They did not care about me since I was five.

Apollyon: It will be okay Y/n. Once they see how much of a change you make. Then it will all be okay. 

Y/n: Thanks Apollyon. But enough of this. Lets go eat! 

We went and had some food. But soon the iron legion attacked.  Will, Siv and I went out the gate to meet them head on.

Will: *draws halberd* Do you think they stand a chance?

Y/n: *draws sword  that is engulfed in darkness* No. 

Siv: *draws dual axes* DO you think they find it strange that a viking is fighting with knights?

Will: Yeah.

Y/n: I think there should be more battles like this. 

Siv: Yeah that would be fun.

Will: Lets get in there then. 

all three: CHARGE! 

We rushed the enemy head on. They stood no chance. We pushed their entire army back. We let out a war cry as they ran.

Siv: Yeah! It is great fighting with you again Y/n! 

Will: I missed fighting with my big brother! 

Y/n: I missed you guys too! Oh I got an idea! Why don't you guys join my legion!? 

Will: That is a great idea! 

Siv: Count me in! 

Y/n: *stomachs growls*. Now I'm hungry again.

Siv: You never change Y/n. 

Will: That is okay. 

We went back to the castle. Apollyon was waiting for me. 

Apollyon: Remind me not to mess with any of you three.

Y/n: Okay.

Apollyon: That was a figure of speech Y/n.

Y/n: Oh sorry. *takes off helmet*.

Apollyon: *takes off helmet. * Gives kiss on cheek*. That is okay Y/n. You did not know.

Siv: Y/n! You did not tell us you had a girlfriend! 

Y/n: But you never asked.

Siv and Will started to laugh. 

It felt great to have my family back.
