Butterfly kisses, October nineteen, the most beautiful thing my eyes had ever seen.
You came from within, beneath my heart you would lay, I will keep you there forever, forever you will stay.
Butterfly kisses you're not so small, you're almost three years old now and you've grown so tall.
Little girl, the next few years will so quickly fly, with laughter and joy, mixed with a few tears to cry, I wish you wouldn't grow, please it goes too fast, is it too much to ask for these days to last?
Anyway, it's time for your bed now and I will tuck you up tight, I love you so much, butterfly kisses goodnight.
