Maya's POV
Well Jonah got out the hospital last night he's pretty weak but he's getting better. I can't believe they tried to kill him I thought Esther changed but I guess not, me and Riley walked through the front door we'd just got back from shopping it'd been a while since we hung out and I have to say I enjoyed the time with her. We put our stuff on the couch and went to the kitchen and sat at the table "oh my god I'm starving" Riley said "yeah same here but I don't feel like cooking or getting up I'm lazy" I replied as we both laughed "pizza? " Riley suggested I nodded my head and used my phone to order a pizza. We heard the front door open and shut we got up to see who it was we thought it was mom but you can guess who it was "hi guys" Esther said with a smile. "Get out our house Esther" I said she looked at me confused "I just came over to say hello what's wrong with that? " She replied "YOU TRIED TO KILL MY BOYFRIEND YOU BITCH" I screamed at her "Jonah???? Oh my god what Happened to him" She said shocked trying to act like she don't know what she did. I ran to her and slapped her so hard in the face it knocked her down "MAYA WHAT THE HELL???? " Riley shouted Esther looked at me as she held her face in the palm of her hand as her eyes filled with tears as one found its way down her cheek. "M-Maya h-how could you???? " She said trying to hold back her tears "go ahead bitch hit me back come get me" Maya said trying to intimidate Esther she got up looked at Maya as if she'd just witnessed her murder Charles with pain and confusion "goodbye Maya, goodbye Riley" She said as she walked out the house in tears.
I can't believe she cried I mean why would she cry she should have saw that coming. I also can't believe she tried to lie to me to my face, she tries to act so innocent and harmless but I know she's the devil. She tried to kill Jonah I love him so much more than ill ever love anyone else ever. I'd die for him and I know he'd do the same for me our connection with each other is so strong we can almost tell what the other is thinking. I need to protect Jonah from them but I don't know how I WILL NOT allow what happened to Eve happen to him I will not let them hurt him but how do I protect him??.
