Clary was in and out of consciousness throughout the weeks. She didn't know what was going on. All she knew was that she was in horrible pain the whole time. Three weeks later she woke up in the dim light of the infirmary. She slowly looked around. To the right of her bed she saw Alec sitting there holding her one hand. She looked on the other side and saw Izzy and Simon. She looked back over at Alec and saw him looking at her.

"Alec..." He voice croaked softly.

"Clary..." He said softly. "I didn't know if you were going to make it. I'm so glad your okay."

"I'm okay, Alec. How long have I been out?"

"Three weeks." He said to her in a soft tone.

She looked shocked. "Whats wrong with me?" She asked.

"Nothing anymore. But that demon you encountered was not a normal demon. It was something completely different. Something unknown. It was so toxic it almost killed you." He said as tears filled his eyes.

"I'm okay now..." She said to him, squeezing his hand. He nodded and smiled softly.

"C-clary?" She heard a voice next to her say. She looked over and saw Izzy there with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"Izzy..." Clary's voice croaked out. Isabelle shook Simon and he opened his eyes. They all looked so tired.

"Fray." Simon said, smiling at her.

"Hi, Si." She said to him and smiled slightly.

"I think we should let him see her." Alec said to her right.

Isabelle and Simon's smiles disappeared. Simon got up and left. Clary looked over at Alec confused. A few minutes later she saw Simon walk in with a golden haired boy.

"Still so beautiful." The angelic voice she loved said.

Sorry this chapters are so short guys. When I first typed them they weren't that long. But when I edit them now I will try and make them longer! Thanks for some of the feedback! I love your guys input! Please comment what you guys think!
