Chapter 21

A/N: I have writers block on this story :/

so this is just a filler, I'm still figuring out if they should be together or not..........

Arianna's P.O.V

I sat down on the black leather couch and sighed. It was so hot inside and outside even though the central air was on. Jake was on the other couch fanning himself with a folder. Gabby was standing in front of the fan , walking around in circles as it moved. While Drew was flipping through channels, completely shirtless.He was still recovering and can't play for the next few weeks.

" can we go to the beach?" I asked, standing up from the sticky couch. Jake shrugged and glanced at Gabby who was on the floor.

" sure, why not, let's go fry up like bacon" She replied, positioning the fan above her face. I rolled my eyes and walked over turning the fan off and grabbing her hand.

" come on Gabs"

We walked upstairs to my room and I glanced around. My costumes hung on one side , all the different colors and patterns. Gabby went straight for the all white bikini that had ruffles on the top. I went for a white one piece that had cutouts around the stomach area and gold spots on the ruffles. It was sexy yet not skanky. Classy not trashy.

I changed quickly and packed all the stuff into the green PINK bag. Gabby picked out some sunglasses and handed over a pair of white Ray Bans to me. I thanked her and we made our way downstairs to where the guys stood.

" ready?" Gabby asked, hopping off the last step and kissing Jake. I walked down to the bottom and passed a wide eyed Drew.

" you'll catch flies Drew" I said smirking at him. He closed his mouth and gave me a small glare before walking out the door. I couldn't help but stare at his body, it was a perfect 6 pack, and that V-line was amazing.

" it's rude to stare Ari" He snickered sliding into his car. I stuck my tongue out at him and sat down in the car seat. It was a small drive over and we spent it singing along to LMFAO.

The beach was crowded with people. Girls walked around in swim suits that didn't cover anything. Guys walked around pretending to be cool and trying to impress the girls. The usual beach scene.

I walked down and to an open spot where not a lot of people were sitting. Drew set down the towels and bag. I sat down on the bright blue towel and looked up at the blazing sun.

" it could burn your eyes and you can lose your eyesight"

" and why are you telling me this?" I turned my head to him , as he smirked.

" cause than you wouldn't be able to see this hotness everyday" He pointed to himself making me laugh.

" oh my god, than I wouldn't mind being blind" I responded, still giggling. He pouted and crossed his arms.

" aww is baby Drew upset?" I pinched his cheek and smiled.He rolled his eyes and stood up, pulling me up with him.

" I wanted to tan"

"your already tan," He replied,dragging me to the water. Even though it was hot outside the water was still a bit cool. I dug my heels into the sand and shook my head.

" nope, I'm not going there"

" come on sweetheart, for me?"

" nope, absolutely no-" I was cut off by the water as Drew threw me in. I quickly stood up from the water and moved the hair from my face.

" fuck you !" I screamed at him as he chuckled.

" you already did sweetheart"

" you are not funny!" I crossed my arms across my chest and pouted starring into his eyes. His gaze softened , as he walked up our foreheads touching.

" you know, I want you Drew" I whispered into his ear. His eyes perked up , the signature smirk appearing on his pink lips.I wrapped my leg around his and smirked.

" oh really?" He asked coming closer to my ear. I giggled and shook my head no before pulling my leg forward making him fall in.

" your such a loser" I yelled out running away from the water. Drew shook his head, the water dripping down from his abs.

" your gonna pay for this" He replied back, walking out from the water. I rolled my eyes and sat down on the towel with Gabby. Jake stood up and went over to Drew , they walked away towards the volleyball net.

" so you and Drew?"

" nope, never again"

" yeah okay, you still love him, he still loves you, your stubborn, he's stupid" Gabby pointed out the facts and smiled.

" whatever Gabby, but I'm not gonna go out with him again, he broke my heart , with that stupid bet, " I laid against the towel and sighed. I didn't want to get hurt again especially by Drew. Sure he was the only one who could make my heart race with just one touch and look. But I didn't need another heart break. This time I would be careful and not fall for the player all over again.

I stood up and Gabby followed my lead as we walked towards the volleyball net. There was no actual game going on, instead everyone from our grade was standing around. Jake was talking with Zack, but Drew was talking to Jennifer. He looked up at me and guilt flashed through his eyes. She turned around and smiled before planting a kiss on his lips.

Once a player, always a player.
