"Where?" Rose looks at me confused. "The Wild West. I don't know exactly." She thought for a moment before standing up. "I think there's something here about that." She goes over the books before she pulls one out. "So we could travel through time," she states. "Okay, how?"

She flips through the pages before stopping at one. "I don't know. I'll have to look and think about it." I slouch into the chair and nod. "Why don't you go visit your family while I'm at it? I'm sure they're worried sick."

"Sounds like a good idea." I stand up and walk out of the room. See my family? Is that even a good idea? "Are you okay?" I jump and look up. "Yeah, why?" Zeke raises a brow at me while I fail miserably trying to hide my worries. I can tell that he can see right through me. It's like we've known each other forever already. "No, I'm going to go see my family today. Rose thought it'd be a good idea."

"Oh," he replies with realization, "I can go with you if you'd like."

"You don't have to." He smiles at me and I already want to melt. His smile always makes me feel so giddy. "I think it'd be nice to know more about you." I blush and nod. "I thought you know everything about me though," I tease with a smirk. "Come on, I don't know everything." I laugh, softly nudging him.

We step out into the woods and look around. "There's got to be a better way to get there than this."

"Why are you guys out there?" I hear Rose say. I look around, but I don't see her. "We have a garage you know." Zeke and I glance at each other before we hurry back inside to look. It took us some time, but we found the garage and there's a motorcycle with a few cars.

Almost immediately, Zeke walks over to the motorcycle and hops on. I can feel the fear crawling up on me, but I jump on behind him and he hands the helmet to me. "What about you?"

"I'd rather it be me that takes more damage than you." I put the helmet on and he starts the engine. I quickly wrap my arms around him when it jolts forward. "Tell me where to go," he shouts over the roaring engine. I nod and we both speed off. My grip on him tightens and I hear him chuckle.

Even after I've been gone for so long, I still remember where to go. I told Zeke where to go and we got there faster than I thought. We must not be far. He parks the motorcycle and we both get off. I just stare at the very familiar house that I once called home. I gulp, going through every possible scenario in my head to be prepared. I walk in, they freak out because they thought I was dead. Maybe not. I walk in, they welcome me with open arms. Possibly? I walk in and they're all shocked and start asking me questions. Seems quite possible.

"Hey." I feel a comforting hand rest on my shoulder and I turn to Zeke. He shows me a smile with those gentle eyes that I learned to love so much during our time together. "It'll be fine."

"Try saying that to them when I've reappeared out of nowhere after almost two months without calling, texting, or even sending mail." He laughs which calms me down just a bit. "I'll be with you the whole time. Now come on. I can't wait to see what your family is like." I groan as we got closer to the house. I purposely walk slower than usual and Zeke takes my hand on our way to help comfort me. How did I ever attract him?

We got to the door and I already feel like having a heart attack. I'm shaking nervously while my heart's bursting, but I don't know if that's because I'm nervous to see my family again or the fact that Zeke's holding hands with me.

I raise my shaky hand and hesitantly knock on the door. "I'll get it!" I hear Mia's voice ring out. When I hear her voice, I wanted to run. Zeke seemed to sense how I feel because his grip on my hand slightly tightens. The door swings open and Mia's smiling. "Hel-"
