I again woke up, but it was slow. I look up at the ceiling, but instead of the smooth rocky ceiling of the sandy temple, I'm looking up at a village hut ceiling. We're back already? What happened? "Hey." I turn my head and see Zeke walking in. "Did you get enough rest?"

"How long is enough rest?" I sit up feeling renewed again. "A day or two." I raise a brow at him as he sits down next to me, handing me some food to eat. "A day or two?" I start eating and I almost drool at the taste. It's not eggs and toast or cereal, but it's still delicious. "Maybe three." I laugh, shaking my head. "I was asleep for three days now?"

"I thought you were in a coma." We both laugh. "You were just drained though. Do you feel better?" I nod and reach out my hand. I use my ice powers to a simple looking rose and smile. "Yep, looks like I'm perfectly fine." I look down to see the necklace with the new charm hanging from it. "What do you think this is?" Zeke reaches out and touches it. "I don't know. A new power? Maybe you can control water now."

"Really?" He shrugs and I decide to test it. I thought of water easily but I immediately grow thirsty. In a split second, I can feel something suddenly fill my mouth and I swallow almost instinctively. Water. I just drank water. My eyes widen and Zeke raises a brow. "What's with that face?" I look at him and decide to demonstrate it. I think of that water filling his mouth and in a second he gulps too. He seems confused now too. "How'd you do that?"

I shrug and think of more water, gulp it down without actually sipping any. This is definitely useful but I'd like to see how. I look at a patch of dirt and imagine a puddle of water sitting there. In another few seconds, I can see the dry dirt slowly moistening and a puddle slowly forms. "You can make water out of air."

"I don't know about air. Maybe it just appears out of nowhere or I'm taking some from somewhere else and transporting it here."  Zeke leans against the sturdy walls of the hut. "We should see what else you can do with it when we get back." I look at the charm for a second longer, studying its shape and I can see very soft lines on the charm.

The charm itself is a very bright blue and is almost as see-through as the pedestal. Inside the charm, I can see darker blue and red lines swirling together. “Do you notice how we seem to see red and blue together a lot? Or is it just me?"

"No, I've noticed it too. Maybe it's a sign." He smirks at me and I nervously laugh. "Maybe."

"We're almost ready to go," Zeke states, standing up to help me up. "Wait, there's something else I need to do before we leave." I hurry out and I'm immediately greeted by the chief. "You are awake. Do you feel better?"

"Much, thank you for your help." He curtly nods with a small smile. "I believe I also promised something." A glimmer of hope sparkles in his eyes and I glance around cautiously before I walk away with him. I take a deep breath and concentrate on bringing water back to the land which should bring the animals back as well. I close my eyes and I can feel the water coming back and bringing life back. I keel concentrating and made sure that there would be water to last them all awhile. Centuries even.

When I feel it was enough, I open my eyes and I smile at the Chief. "Done."

"Really?" I nod and I can see his confusion. "But how?" I see him glance down to the necklace and I brush it off. "It's a secret." I press a finger to my lips and smile. "We have to go now." We go back and they all bid us goodbye and good luck. The woman who was with us before already left, so we walk far enough away so they can't see us anymore, which isn't far since we hid behind a rock.

"Draw the door thingy," Mia whisper-yells at me. I take the key and do what Rose did. When I finish drawing the outline, the keyhole appears and I stick the key inside. I thought of home in our time and step through. It's the same abyss and the strings of fabric appear, changing us to our regular clothes again before we find ourselves back in the kitchen. We see Rose standing in the middle of the kitchen, staring at the wall in shock. Was she there the whole time?
