Always be outside. Like just be outside always doing something cute. Some examples are jump roping, rolling around in the mud, rolling down hills, going for walks/ runs.
Do chores. Take out the garbage, rake the leaves, shovel snow, get the mail, etc. Eventually he will notice you.
Other ideas. Accidentally throw an item over his fence. It's up to you if you want to wait for him, or go to his house and ask for it back. If you're feeling spicy, write your name, a heart, or your number. Proceed with caution! You don't want the wrong person getting that, and potentially having your number.
Write on a balloon, it's up to you what your message is. Take the balloon and throw it up into a tree by his house. Make sure the string is still on it so he can easily pull it down. A lot of my friends have done this and it works.
