breaking of promise....
Days, weeks, months passed and they were almost done with the album. Because of that album, Shin and Ian became closer to each other but as what they’ve agreed, the two will just remained friends until the right and perfect time comes, As of this moment, they are just enjoying each other’s company and step by step, they are knowing each other again. There are times when they have are having some simple misunderstandings but that’s usual, just like what other couples do…(let’s just consider them a couple although they are not “officially” a couple ;p)
Bautista’s residence:
Sophia: wowo……(lapit sa wowo ebert nia)
Daddy Ebert: hi apo….(Lifted her up then kalong sa kanya)
Sophia: (nakatingin lang kay daddy ebert and looking sad)
Daddy Ebert: bakit apo? (pinaharap sa kanya si Sophia) why is my baby sad????
Sophia: (puppy face) because I miss my daddy, wowo!!! (hugged her lolo)
Daddy Ebert: aww…wag ng sad ang baby namin….wowo is here naman ehh….let’s just wait for daddy to come home, dadating na din yun….
Sophia: but he promised me that he will be home before it gets dark…. (tingin sa lolo niya)
Daddy Ebert: what do you wanna do? Play na lang tayo…(wants to divert Sophia’s attention)
Sophia: no wowo! Sophia doesn’t want to play….I want daddy….(teary-eyed) isn’t he going home yet? it’s already late….sophia is already sleepy…
Daddy Ebert: Baby, daddy is working right? And he’s doing that for you….always remember that okay?
Sophia: (paiyak na) daddyyyy….daddyyyy…(sobbing)
Daddy Ebert: ssshhhh baby, daddy is coming na…. so dapat ang baby sophia namin matutulog na…….
Sophia: (umiiyak na) nooo….i’ll wait for my daddy til he comes home….I won’t sleep wowo...I won’t…..(sobbing)
Daddy Ebert: gigisingin ka na lang ni wowo pag dumating na si daddy…
Sophia: he told me that we will go to the mall after his work.
Daddy Ebert: (napansin yung damit ni Sophia) is that why you are dressed up???
Sophia: yes….i wore this cuz we are supposed to watch movie together….he promised me that ,that’s why Sophia wont go to sleep, I will wait for daddy….
Daddy Ebert: awww…..honey, you’re daddy is a busy man and he’s doing that for you to give you the best life…he is working to give you toys and whatever you need….
Sophia: I don’t need anything….I only want my daddy…. (crying)
Daddy: awwww….i know I know baby……(hugged her) your daddy loves you very very very big that’s why he’s doing that….keep that in my mind baby…..
Sophia: (still crying)
Daddy Ebert: stop crying na apo……(hugged her and carried her to her room)
Sophia’s room:
Daddy Ebert: Honey, you want wowo to sleep beside you muna while daddy’s not yet here?
Sophia: (nodded then hugged her wowo) wowo….where’s my daddy??? (sob)
Daddy Ebert: ssshhhhh…..uuwi na din si daddy…don’t worry…..(rubbed her back)
Sophia: I want my daddy wow…call him for me plsss….
Daddy Ebert: okay baby, wowo’s gonna call your daddy na….ill get my phone lang…
Paglabas ni tito Ebert, nakasalubong nia si tita Jo….
Mama Jo; dad, asan ang apo mo???
Daddy Ebert: ayun nasa room nia, crying…she’s looking for her dad…
Mama Jo: (smiled) manang mana sa daddy nia nung maliit pa….
Daddy Ebert: hehehe oo nga ehhh…nga pala, nasan si yaya???
Mama Jo: tulog na yata eh, sige ako na muna pupunta kay Sophia….
Pinuntahan ni Tita Jo si Sophia…
Mama Jo: hi baby…
Sophia: wowa…(still crying) where’s daddy??? Here na?
Mama Jo: your wowo si calling him na…(tinabihan nia si sohia) you are supposed to be sleeping now, honey….
Sophia: when we were in canada, my daddy reads me a bed time story….
Mama Jo: you want wowa to read for you?
Sophia: yes…
(nagbasa ng fairy tale si tita Jo)
Mama Jo: “and they lived happily ever ater”
Mama Jo: (looked at Sophia)
Sophia: (hugged her wowa) thank you wowa! I love you!
Mama Jo: I love you more baby…
Sophia: but I cant sleep without my daddy…..
Mama Jo: then we will wait for daddy, pero if you want to sleep, just close your eyes, okay?
Sophia: yes wowa….
(pumasok sa room si tito ebert)
Daddy Ebert: hindi ko ma-contact si Ian…(looked at mama Jo)
Sophia: (looked at them)
Daddy Ebert: but don’t worry honey, uuwi na din si daddy….
Sophia: okay… (weak voice)
Daddy Ebert: good night honey… (kissed her forehead)
Mama Jo: sleep now baby….
Sophia: good night wowo, good night wowa…(she turned on the other side of the bed and pretended to be sleeping)
After some time umalis na din sila wowo and wowa…
