As I stare into the distance
swinging back and forth
the speed gets faster
just by thinking of you
my heart flutters around
anxious to get the final piece
that would complete my dreams
and start a new beginning
I wish you would see through my skin
to see the pain that I'm in
just waiting to see you once again
even if it takes a year I still will wait
I would try my best
to be the right one
making sure your smile would never fade
that your heart will never break
please just try to see
that a true heart
stands right in front of you
ready to be there for your every need
I'm dying inside each day
cuz ur my kryptonite
and being miles away is already destroys me
but still makes me hold on longer
all I have to say is
if you would give me a chance
to prove that my love is true
that will always be there for you
no matter where you go
