Luke|Love Lasts Forever

I DON'T OWN ANYTHING This is a part 2 to Luke|Valentines Day. You don't have to read it, but it might be helpful.

You woke up earlier than normal and it was dark outside. The last thing you remember from yesterday was having a picnic with Luke. The glow from your phone lighting up was blinding and read 5:00. Sheets ripped off and cold air hitting your legs, you got up to take a shower. You sigh and wished you had more time to spend with Luke. Going through your dresser drawers you picked out a shirt of Luke's and some red flannel pajama pants. (Or something that is comfy :)) Walking out of the bedroom, flower petals led to the bathroom. In the bathroom was a sweatshirt of Luke's. Smiling, you added it to the pile of clothes you would change into afterwards.

After your shower, you walked into the kitchen to find Luke making pancakes. You smiled and hugged him. "Good morning," He smiled," I realized we never have time together so I will be staying here for a week." You squealed as he handed you a plate with pancakes on it. The two of you sat down to have breakfast. Shortly after he placed a small box wrapped in (Favorite color) wrapping paper topped with a bow. "This is my thank you gift to you for staying with me through everything. I know it has been hard, but not as strong as our love. It lasts forever. I hope you will be with me forever." He brushed some of your still damp hair out of your face and kissed your forehead. Both of your cheeks had tears running down them. You opened the gift and the box inside to find a ring. Luke got down on one knee and asked, "Will you marry me?" It was hard to answer because of the wave of emotion that crashed into you, but nodding your head was a yes to Luke. He slipped the ring onto your finger and kissed you. Now you both knew, your love would last forever.
