Chapter 44: It's Not Reality, It's The Past

Jaimee was in the kitchen preparing a cup of Oolong tea while reading a book titled How To Love. Even though she had started earlier in the day, she was one chapter in.

Walking over to her sofa, she sat and sipped her tea while looking out through the glass door.

Today was finally their school reunion and Jaimee was somewhat excited but also not, seeing that ninety percent of the school didn't like her back then just because of her weight. It's been 13 years and most people including Dorian and Heather, still didn't like her even though she haven't seen none of them.

"And i still don't give a fuck." she mumbled to herself and laid back after putting her empty cup on the coffee table then picked up her book. She sighed at how quiet the house was, except for the slight music and talking that was upstairs.

Keyeion was out of the house since he went to pick up the kids and drop them off at their grandparents.

The alarm went off and the door opened and closed.

"Hey." Keyeion stood over her.

Keyeion and Jaimee have been doing good so far in their marriage in terms of talking about any and everything that took place in the past years that they havent seen each other. They would mostly be together in the house all day, per Keyeion's request since he wanted to be up under her.

Jaimee would still work from home or go in early in the days for appointments that would be made, and gave Keyeion the rest of the time when she comes home.

"Hey." she smiled and he leaned down to kiss her lips.

He lifted her legs and placed them in his lap after sitting.

"What are you reading?"

"How To Love." she bookmarked the page and sat it to the side somce she knew Keyeion was gonna bother her.

"What's it about?" he got between her legs and put all of his body weight on her while she wrapped her arms and legs around his neck and waist.

"It's about a girl..." she played in his hair.

"Mhm." he pecked her lips.

"And she is a very successful business woman... and single mother- mhh." she moaned and close her eyes as Keyeion kissed her neck.

"Go on." he mumbled.

"And she also- babe stop." she whined.

Keyeion laughed and lifted his head. "We gotta get ready."

"But it doesn't start until 8."

"Yeah but there's a parents teacher meeting at Jas school, starting at 7."

"How comes i never get the note."

"It was word of mouth." he pulled her up and she kissed her teeth.

"So I'm to get ready now, head to the school then our school?"

"Yup."

"Lawdd." she said and walked up the stairs with Keyeion behind her, looking at how much ass she got.

He went to their room while Jaimee went down the hall to one of the guest room Fiona and Leroy occupied. She knocked on it and entered once she got the go ahead seeing Fiona was by the dresser straightening her hair.

The two have flew down from New York yesterday to be at the Reunion and will be leaving tomorrow. They left their 6 year old daughter, Celeste, with Leroy's parents.
