Fools who Rush In 2 (Austin and Ally )

His answer ( chapter 9)

Austin couldn't believe that Ally still had feelings for him. After all this time. They were both different people than they were five years ago.

Ever since over hearing her a few days ago .. he didn't know what to think or feel.

He sat at the table signing autographs at his meet and greet while Ally spoke to some important people. She didn't have to be there, but she was. She came to everyone of his shows and everyone of his meet and greets

At this point she just made any and every excuse to be with him.

He smiled at her and went back to signing

Ally looked over at Austin he looked up at her and smiled as he wrapped up

Ally walks over to him

" you must be living your wildest dreams right now" She teased

" oh yes, having really hot girls meet me and take pictures with me is a dream come true" he said

She rolled her eyes and laughed at him walking away

After the day was over they walked over to an ice cream shop

He sat down next to her handing her a cup with rocky road ice cream

" I'm not sure if you still like rocky road" he began

" I still love it.. thanks" she smiled she took a scoop and dropped it in to her mouth

" mmmm" She said satisfied

He giggled

" what?" She asked

" you sound like you're making love to ice cream" he said

" well it's the best love making I had in a while let me breath" she said eating another bite " mmmmmm"

He shook his head

" remember when you woke me up at 3 am to eat this?" She asked

" hmmm did i?" He teased

" yes, you did and we talked that night about a lot of things.." she said

" yea about how much of a nerd you were" he said

" I see you remembered" she said in a condescending tone

" hmph of course I do.. I remembered the best and worst spring break of my life with the girl who made it the best and the worst" he said

" the best and the worst?" She said taken back

" yes.. I believe we we're so happy, and then you broke up with me" he said

" I broke up with you because you played me!" She said getting a bit mad " like who does that? Not even cheating on me but because I threw water at you.. pathetic!"

He paused and looked down at his ice cream

" yes i did.. at first and I said I was sorry like a billion times and that I called it off a long time ago.. I told you the truth because you deserve to know it.. before we continued our relationship.. you know.. but you didn't want to hear it.. I get you were angry, but.." he said

" you weren't the only one who was broken Ally.. feeling  heart break is a horrid pain I never would wish on to anyone, because I did really love you.. we gave everything to each other, and suddenly it was robbed because of a stupid mistake that I would never forgive me self for.."

" and for that i throw my self into music.. writing stupid love songs about a spring fling" he said

" I'm sorry." She said " I'm sorry for hurting you, I'm sorry for not believing you.."

She felt the words wanting to form wanting to spit out but it wouldn't come out

" Austin I.. s.." she began

" it's fine, everything's cool now right?" He asked " I'm glad we're friends now, and thank you for everything Ally"

He got up and she got up too

" lets head back" he said

Ally suddenly hugs him Instead

He looked down at her and hugged her

" thank you for being the you I know.. and making this so easy.." she said " and for last week.. with me and.... you're always there for me.. and I don't know how I could ever repay you"

" you're already doing it" he smiled into her berries scented hair

" and I'm so sorry.." she said

" it's okay.." he said

Something was stirring in him,  a familiar sensation he never wanted to let go of her hug.. and she didn't want to either. His heart was beating fast so he forced himself off of her.

" our ice cream is melting" he said looking at her gently

" yea.." she said retuning his look

And they walked back
....
Later that day

He was at his house while Kira was over

He completely forgot she asked him out.. he didn't give her his answer yet..

Honestly he wasn't so  into her as he thought he was

" okay I'm making dinner right now" Kira said

" thanks kir " he said

" aw thanks baby" Kira said fondly over her nickname

" so I was thinking about our date.. even though you haven't said yes yet.." Kira said

" hey about that." He said

" hmm?" She asked

" we're going on a nice candle lit  dinner on the beach.. followed by dessert  and when I mean dessert I mean me and a tube of whip cream" Kira said

" let's just be friends" Austin said

" what?" Kira said " what do you mean? You called me over for dinner to tell me let's be friends"

" you invited yourself over" He said

" let's be friends? I thought things were going great? What the fuck do you mean let's be friends?" Kira yelled

" yes let's be friends! Okay so stop coming over.. stop claiming we're in love because we're not.." he said

" I gave you a second chance!" Kira said

" well I blew it." He said " because I the only second chance I want is from.."

*Ding dong*

" ugh who is it" he went to his door

He opened it

" I forgot my rings.. oh Kira.. sorry I'm interrupting something" Ally said quickly turning away

" Ally Wait!" He said

He closed the door putting his head against the peep hole

" she was over here? I knew it! You guys aren't over each other!" Kira said

" I am! We are!" He said

" then why was she here?" Kira asked

" we talked!" He said " you know I don't have to explain this to you!!"

"  I knew Ally was a bad liar, but you just lied too.. this whole time.. if you have feelings for her why don't you just tell her.. instead of wasting my time" Kira said storming past him and out the door
...

I'm sorry for coming suddenly like that. I guess you and Kira are a thing now.. well I hope you two are happy together,see you tomorrow.

Ally wipes her falling tear and started her car

Austin tosses his phone to the side

" why me!!" He said

He knew he made the right choice. But he messed up by not running after Ally. To tell her how he felt too..  things were ruined again just as they were starting to be good again.
