But there was actually someone at the door and whoever was on the other side was almost knocking it down. Susan rushed to open it.
Two policemen announced her that Erin was in the hospital.
"Wh...What happened?"
"Your daughter was...assaulted. She's in shock. She doesn't want anybody touching her and she keeps calling for her mother. Come on Dr. Kelly, we'll take you there right now."
