Rym in demon form above!!!

A few days after the bar incident, I woke to a very awkward morning. The demons had decided to torment me more than usual.

My body had overheated to unimaginable temperatures when I decided to get off bed and dip myself in a bath full of ice cubes I had found in the refrigerator.
All my efforts where deemed futile when the ice had melted yet my body remained the same temperature.

Uncle had somehow sensed my unease and in a few minutes burst through my bathroom door. He picked up my nude form and carried me out to a barren patch of land in the backyard.

When he finally set me down, I had noticed that we were ontop of the hill, under the tree where we had buried my parents. He had teleported us there using his demon power.

Uncle was long dead since the eighteen hundreds. As a punishment for a sin he had committed, he was separated from the one he loved from the after life. A condemnation of eternal loneliness from aunt Lourdes.

And that was how he became demon.

"Why are we here?" I asked, even though my heat almost had me passing out.

"You should save your energy for your transition", he answered.

"If that is what this is then why am I here?" I forced on, ignoring his advice.

"You are a late bloomer so you need an energy source but since you don't have a mate you can draw your energy from your parents' spirits.

"So you're saying...my parents... are helping me? "

His silence conformed my answer when another heat wave came over me and my body began to change.

My bones elongated and my fingers grew into long, metallic like claws. My head started paining and horns sprouted from the corners of my forehead. My pale skin changed colors from charcoal black to a sea blue then settled on a shade of red the color of pomegranates in the end. My hair grew longer but what surprised me more was that it changed from its natural blonde white to ebony black.

My heat had finally ended but was ironic was the fact that I was literally on fire this time. The flames of my fire as red as I was, did not burn me. It burned a pattern of a star in a circle, with me amidst it,  on the ground. The sigil of baphomet.

I stood up-to my full height and noticed my demon form was taller than my unclean human skin. "Sucks to be you".

"You're only taller by inches Rym".

"Every millimeter counts Cedrick", I said using his given name.

"Don't tempt me demon", he said threatening with an ass whooping.

"Isn't that why we exist?"

"Rym", he said in a warning tone.

"Cedrick", I replied playfully.

He sighed hopelessly and told me to rest for the rest of the day before calling me in sick at the club.

That day, my transition had not only changed me physically, it had me also doubt the one thing that never changed about me.

My soul.
