"Leave before I make you", I said trying to sound threatening.

Jordan just chuckled before his hooded, lustrous gaze returned as he continued staring at me. I would have been lying if I said I did not enjoy the attention but I was not ready for it if it came from him.

"Look me in the eyes and tell me that's what you really want", he demanded.

I did as he said but only changed my words to, "Demons never beg".
I morphed my right hand into a claw and got ready to slash him across his face, but that was proved to be a waste of energy because Ethan barged into the room at the exact moment.

Luckily he was not able to see my hand in the dim lit room so I changed it back to avoid taking any risks. "Did I interrupt anything?" he asked with crimson ears.

Jordan schooled his expression to his normal bored one before he faced his alleged brother, "No Ethan, I was just on my way since I caught Ms. Devon at a bad time".

I looked flushed as I stood barely covered in front of the two men.

"Yes he was", I replied before Jordan nodded and left the room. "Was there anything you were going to tell me Ethan?"

"Uuh...yes", he paused before finishing, "Since you are here, I am going to use that to my advantage and ask you to accompany Jordan and I to a wedding of an old friend".

I agreed and he left me his credit card despite the heated argument that errupted on why I could not use my own money.

I slept soundly that night over the fact that I would attend my first ever wedding that was to take place at a church, three days after.

Shopping was not my cup of tea but I managed to get a dress befitting a dark queen herself.

It was sparkly, black and reached mid thigh. It came with a long, layered tail that dragged behind me. It hugged my curves and emphasized the swell of my bust with its sweet heart neckline. I finished it off with a red shawl that matched my red lips and white pumps to match my white blonde hair.

My make up was simple, yet all in all, I looked stunning and would not want to change a thing.

When I walked in to the living room where Ethan and Jordan were waiting for me, both men looking crispy fresh in their peacock blue suits.

I had them slack jawed at my appearance. Ethan chose to compliment my look and Jordan being Jordan chose to point out that we were not attending a funeral.

Of-course we were not because I wore up to three different colors.

Ethan interrupted our bantering with a reminder that we would be late for the wedding if we had our way. Fortunately we reached there with twenty-five minutes to spare.

As we were waiting for the bride,  my stomach decided to do back flips and somersaults  that had me excuse myself to the little ladies' room.

I hurried my way there but when I got a glimpse at the bride, I stopped moving further with my toilet break forgotten.

I turned the glimpse into a full blown stare. I was not exactly staring at the bride herself, I was rather staring at what was to escort her down the aisle.
