Aurora Borealis

The flight

Soon we arrived in Fairbanks and pull up to an airstrip just outside the city. I move myself to the plane it's just a small one we uncomfortable squish in but Luke and scar in the other car don't follow in. I look at the alpha with a quizzical look.
"They are meeting us in Anchorage " he seemed to read my mind. The guy flying the plane got in.
"Hello guys as you know I'm Kevin and I will be your pilot for the day" he said with a smile.

"Awww little lady why are you crying" he says dropping his eyebrows
"She is just upset we are leaving" Jake said and I nod and try to smile
He looks a little relieved I can only imagine what he is thinking. Two massive muscular guys who are fairly pissed off and a crying girl can't look good.

He passes back headphones to block some noise and to be able to talk into the headset. I lean over Jake to watch the scenery go by. I hear them all talk in the headphones just some small talk to make the time pass by. About an hour and half later we land on the pond right next to the airport. I heard it takes 20 plus years to get a spot on this lake the waiting list is so long.

Everyone piles out we thanks the pilot and say our good byes. We walk over the airport it only takes a couple minutes. The boys stay silent and walk fast to the parking lot of the airport. I move my legs as fast I can it is kinda hard to keep up with them.

We get escorted to a special section of the airport. There was a private jet waiting for us on it was a beautiful wolf painted all down the side of the plane.

We all wait in the belly of the plane for a while till Luke and Scar show up "everything is loaded up and ready Alpha" Luke said

"tell the pilot to take off" The Alpha said

I was still roaming the plane. Before I walk to take a seat, he snapped "sit" my body instantly sat I fell to the floor. "If he keeps that up..." aurora trailed off bitterly in my head. I crossed my arms and sat on the floor pouting like a child. "just sit in a seat" he said clenching his jaw. I shake my head no and turn the other way not looking at him. I hear him growl and I send an equal growl back. "get in the seat" he says through his teeth, I just shake my head again. He stands up and walks over to me "you have the count of three to get in the seat or I will put you in it myself... 1, 2, 3" he launched at me I sunk my nails into the carpet as he tugged at my waist. I held on for dear life he kept tugging but neither of us was giving up. He tugged with all his strength the carpet was tearing up beneath my fingers. I growled in frustration and he did one final yank and I flew back as the carpet tore in a big strip I landed on him as he fell beneath me I untangled my figure nails from the carpet. I stand up and walk to the open seat but first stepping on Alpha Dominic's ribs making him wheeze. He let a growl, but I paid no attention, "served him right" Aurora agreed at my actions.

Soon after that the plane started, and we took off. A couple of flight attendants came out but they weren't in uniforms they were in tight dresses. They seem to know the Alpha and the Beta they all rubbed me the wrong way. The blonde flight attendant laughed extra loud it honestly made me jump and turn she made direct eye contact with me as she planted herself on the Alphas lap. I watched curiously as the alphas hand slide all the way down her back to her butt. She noticed me staring then and leaned down to the Alphas ear and whispered something very low I couldn't hear it over the roar of the plane. He shook his head, and she laughed, I knew she was talking about me the way she smirked at me. I return a glare in her direction.

"What's your name?" she asked

I just rolled my eyes and stared out the window, I hear a growl I turn around in time to see her moving towards me. "I am Alpha Dominic's girlfriend you should treat me like a Luna" she shrieked going to slap me. I easily caught her hand she was very weak, I push out of the seat and topple her over backwards she smacked the floor with a thud, I lean close and let a steady growl in her ear, I could feel the shivers I sent down her body.

"Enough both of you" Dominic said. I get off the girl and return to my seat she gets back up fixing herself then turns to Dominic "aren't you going to defend me Dom" she yelled at him. He becomes very serious "you are not the Luna Kara and you are not above her as she just proved so you are the one who needs to learn the lesson in respect pup" his face turning to stone. He was like a mean statue when he became serious. "if you don't stop your whining I will give you something to whine about like no front teeth" he hissed. She went silent and pale, Kara sat in the seat next to him and curled herself up sending a glare over at me. It is going to be a long flight" Aurora says. We stopped five hours later to be refueled be we had to stay on the plane I was becoming restless. We still had a seven-hour flight to Virginia. I started walking up and down the cabin length I don't know how Jake could sleep through this noise of the engine.

"come here" Alpha Dominic said

I walk to him and sit on the floor in front of him, "lets work on your English." For the next seven hours of the flight he helped me re teach my mouth the English language. I was still a little rough around the edges, but I could say most things without messing up. I tell him everything that I can think of that happened to me about becoming a wolf. I didn't realize how special I was until he told me all the wolves they know are born a werewolf, and tomorrow he is going to help me shift back into my wolf form. I found out so much about a world I never knew existed.

There are many packs across the world our Alpha is known to be a strong one and pretty scare to outsiders, I can see he is more stressed on edge in front of other people compared to when I met him. I will get to join the Sycamore pack and we will be able to mind link, or the Alpha and sometimes the Beta if he tries hard, but we will just hear it. Werewolves also have soulmates designed perfectly for each other. Alphas have the power to control actions using the so called 'alphas voice/command' which makes anyone lesser status then themselves obey the command. In addition, werewolves have a king wolf nicknamed Constantine after the great emperor who spread Christianity in the Byzantine empire, but he has come under great scrutiny as Rouges grow in numbers and attacks on pack increase. He is rumored to be a different type of werewolf more of a powerful lycan mix, more animal than human. I was soon caught up with the world it gave me such a head ache I longed to be the woods living a simple life. But Aurora luckily made my body listen and pay attention to what he had to say.

We finally got off the plane and the crew came with us in two large vans. Alpha Dominic and Beta Jake in the front again and Kara the blonde hair attendant and Sarah another attendant and I rode in the back seat while Luke, Scar and Jen rode in the other one. Jake fell back asleep in the passenger seat.

"does he usually sleep this much?" I ask

"just when we travel he takes sleeping pills" Sarah says

The rest of the car ride we go in silence. I drift off in the quiet car watching houses pass then forest. I was wakened up when we started down a bumpy road bouncing back and forth. The sunset and we were still driving but eventually we pull up to the biggest house I have ever seen in my life. The white brick shined off the moon light and small lamps outside the house. A water fountain was in the center with a girl holding a pot of water over flowing frozen in time. There was a garden it was beautiful, it reminded me of Jay Gatsby's house in the Great Gatsby. We all pile out of the car everyone is very stiff tired. 

 "Jake show her to her room" Dominic said before walking away. Kara rushed to catch up and me and Jake walked together to the house. The inside was just as impressive as the outside. A lot of people who walked by bowed their head downs in respect to us I returned the nod, but Jake didn't. we slowly climb a couple flights of stairs before emerging at top floor, we continue down a corridor.

"this will be your room for now, Bathroom is in your room or just across the hall there, and down to the left and Dom's and I's room if you need anything" he says he is still groggy from the medicine he took.

"goodnight" I say, and he starts to walk away waving goodbye when he stopped and turned around.

"Yeah Alpha Dominic helped me relearn to actually speak English" I said with a smile

"Oh ok then goodnight Nicole"

"goodnight Jake"
