Chapter 3: The Safe Haven

We followed this weird looking guy (Paul) to his so called camp and when we got there it wasn't what we expected, we thought it'd be an open field with tents and people but we got to a door which said "Public Toilet *out of use*" and it felt weird because it was in the middle of nowhere

"Guy you won shit? Why we dey enter public toilet?" asked C.y (Do you want to take a dump? Why are we entering a public toilet)

"No, trust me you'll soon see why" replied Paul

He knocked on the door and someone opened a small hatch

"Password?" asked the person

"Ass man" replied Paul
(Wait..!! What? Did he just say what I think he said)

And the door opened, we took the stairs down and saw the most weirdly amazing thing.
We saw alot of people that we knew including Erie's boyfriend and her bestie Naza, and we saw C.y's brother Favour (I even saw Mega).

"What is this place?" I asked

"Welcome to The Safe Haven" said Paul

"The what?" asked Jenny who was now laughing
"Couldn't you have had a much more cooler name like Alpha Camp or Echo Bunker?"

"I'm sorry if you don't like it but it was the best the General could come up with" Paul replied

"Did you say General? As in an actual General?" I asked

"Yeah" said Paul "I'll take you to him but first you have to get your wound treated first"

I was then taken to a little infirmary in which there were many wounded people so i was attended to by a nurse who patched me up

"Hi, I'm Juliet. Omonu Juliet" she said

"Hi, I'm Prince. I don't think last names matter much these past few days" I replied

"I know but we have to keep our humanity alive right, we can't let these events change who we are"

"Yeah" I said smiling

"Looks like you got bruised at the back of your head and broke a rib" she said

"Yeah I guess so" I replied

"How did this happen?" She asked

"I got attacked by a monster while looking for my friends brother, it hit me with it's tail and I hit my head on a rock" I replied

"Oh I've heard about those, they've killed alot of people" she said

"Wow, so they're much?" I asked

"Yeah, they are" she said "There, all done, good as new, well nearly new" and we both laughed

"I'll tell Paul I'm done so you can go see the General"

"Who is this General?"

"He's the one who is in charge of this place, he's from the Nigerian Army"

"Oh, This was way to quick to prepare under three days? Its like he knew this was coming"

"I don't know for sure but I guess you'll have to speak to him to find out more"

Paul walked in

"All done right?" He asked

"Yes, he'll be okay as long as he doesn't stress himself" Juliet replied

"Ok thanks juliet, ready to see the general now?" asked Paul

"Yeah, I think I am" I replied "Thanks Juliet"

We walked to the general's cabin and met a really surprising man
