03 Sundae

Of course I have to wake this early because we need to go to church. Last night was a blast. I really admired the version of our songs when Michelle sang it. We recorded the album again. The homecoming is on Friday and I can't express the way I feel about it anymore. I see myself panicking. I never performed in front of people before. Except when I was in the choir. I hope the students of MWHS will like us. We were planning to release our debut album if we won the battle of the bands that Tony signed us. It will great. We need exposure. Anywho, Mom told me that I should play the drums for the choir again because the drummer was not doing so well today. Well, I can't see why not? By the way, Mom and Tony sat beside the family of Josh. After the mass, Mom told us that we are going to get some ice cream. Pistachio for Tony, strawberry for me and cookies n' cream for Mom.

''How's the band?'' Mom asks.

''We're doing pretty well.''

''Tony, when are you leaving?''

''I don't know yet, Mom. Maybe if Wes Anderson will call me.''

''I am so proud of you Tony.''

''You should be prouder at Caleb. I mean he's overcoming his fear of socializing.''

''I am proud of both you.''

After that we drove home.

''Dad.''

''Yeah?''

''I'm going to Caleb.''

''Be careful honey.''

''I will.''

I don't know why Caleb is scared of my Dad. He's the sweetest guy I know. Mom and Dad are married for 20 years and they love each other very much, I can see it in their eyes.

Man, the first time I met him was the funniest moment of my life. He went to my hiding spot to puke. I thought that this guy is cute and it was kinda diverting because I have never been attracted to anyone after my last relationship.

I don't usually like people. I don't know how to socialize. I was a pariah in our school. I am very thankful to have him and all of my friends now.

''Hey Caleb''

"Hey, what's up?"

''For what?''

"For being a good friend."

''It's my pleasure" He says.

"No for real. Thank you for introducing me to your friends."

"Come on. Let's eat" He says and he pulls me.

I can't believe that I lost my virginity. Josh is very special to me and even if we break up or anything, at least I'm certain that I'm not gonna regret that I did it with him. After the mass, Dad went to his office while Josh and I went to Thorent's. We ordered two cheeseburger with fries and two milkshakes.

''I kinda like it here.''

''Yeah, me too.''

''Can you teach me some Filipino words?''

''Sure. Maganda ka.''
