I lost myself in the book when I heard the librarian,
"The bell rings in ten minutes! Everyone, please start heading to class!"
Looking back at Calem, I said goodbye and put my book back on the shelf.
"Leaving already?"
"Yep," I replied, "It's time for class."
"Alright, cya then."
"Bye."

Walking down the hall I heard my name being called. Turning around, I saw my childhood friend Tiana sprinting at high speeds towards me.
"Cheetah coming over! Vroom!"
I laughed, "More like a racecar, you're too loud to be a cheetah!" I joked. She slowed down when she got to me.
"So, any plans this weekend?" she asked.
"Yeah, probably will go ice skating, at the old rink," I nodded.
"You haven't been there in 5 years, right? Ever since..." she started.
I finished her sentence for her, "Ever since the accident, yeah."
"You still remember that really well don't cha?"
"Not really, the pain's gone but i guess i still need crutches every once in a while."
"Do you still remember him?"
"Yeah, the guy who saved me, I think. I still remember him as if he's saved me more than once, but i don't know much anymore."
I stopped speaking after that and just hurried to class.
