"i should've kissed that girl in the parking lot, never told her what i wanted to say"

the team reentered the office to discuss what they now knew.

"garcia's running voice analysis on the first 9-1-1 call to see if there are actually two voices," morgan reported after getting off the phone with her.

"she's also gonna peel the third voice off the videotape and see if that gets anything," he added.

"we should have a copy of that latest call brought over here within the hour," the detective piped in.

"thanks," hotch said with a nod.

another detective grabbed hotch's attention, "hotchner, your tip from quantico's on the phone."

hotch walked over to the nearest desk and put her on speaker, "garcia," he said, telling her to start.

"jeez, don't you people answer your cell phones anymore?" garcia complained.

"we were driving back to atlanta through the countryside. spotty cell signal," hotch said in defense.

"she was just joking hotch," layla chimed in.

"mhm," garcia hummed in agreement, "if you think that first video went viral fast, the second one's going through the stratosphere."

"second video?" hotch asked.

"yeah, there's a new video from our psycho. i'm downloading it myself right now. some of these upload sites get more than a million hits a day," garcia replied.

emily shook her head in disappointment. neither her nor layla could understand how a video of something as gruesome as a murder could go viral.

"get it on the monitor here as soon as you can," hotch requested.

"right," garcia said.

hotch walked off, probably to tell the detective about the video.

"how are my favorite agents?" garcia asked.

layla laughed, "i'm good."

"is lover boy there?" she asked, almost giddily.

morgan chuckled, "he's out with jj investigating a lead."

"ah, how lonely is she?" garcia teased with a small giggle.

layla scoffed and emily laughed.

"i don't think ramsi's ever been sadder," emily said with a smirk.

"that's enough guys. we're on a case," layla reminded them, feigning seriousness.

emily held back another laugh, "okay hotch," she teased.

layla rolled her eyes as garcia was giggling from her side of the phone.

"oh. it's downloaded," she said, the joy draining from her tone.

"hotch," morgan called out, tilting his head towards the computer.

hotch said something to who he was talking to before he walked over to the team.

"play it garcia," he instructed.

a man sat in front of the camera. he was wearing a dark hood and behind him was a girl chained up. his surroundings sort of resembled a barn. he read a passage from revelations, about jezebel.

"which he spake by his servant, elijah the tishbite, saying, in the portion of jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of jezebel."

dogs began barking from off the frame and garcia could be heard mumbling in shock.

"oh my god, oh my god, oh my god," garcia said, her voice getting louder with each word.

"jezebel's death," gideon said, quite ominously.

"my god," prentiss said, averting her eyes.

"you can turn it off," hotch said, and garcia was about to when the detective said not to.

"w-wait," he said, tripping over his words.

"haven't you seen enough?" morgan replied, confused as to why he still needed it on.

"those dogs. those three dogs attacked someone a couple of months ago. i would've had them impounded, but the victim knew the owner. a neighbor. said he didn't want to press charges," the detective replied.

"are you sure?" gideon asked.

"as god is my witness. three mangy mixes. i knew those dogs looked sick," the detective said as he stood up, flipping through a notepad.

"i put a call to animal control. i don't know if they ever followed up on it. oh here it is," he said, cutting his own words off.

"wait is that-" layla started before hotch cut her off.

"you have the owner's name?"

"hankle," the detective replied, making layla's breath catch in her throat.

"hankle?" hotch asked to reconfirm.

"tobias hankle."
