Chapter 2

Lola's POV

Me and Lilly walked through the door of our bedroom and collapsed on Lilly's bed. But then i quickly remembered that we only had 4 hours until the concert began! Only 4 hours! There were so many things to get ready. I looked down at my list and read everything we needed to do.

get dresses

get shoes

put makeup on

find purses to match the dresses

get CD's to sign

do our hair

plan out what we're going to say to them

And i had to do it all in just 4 short hours! I quickly pounced into action, nearly knocking Lilly off the bed while doing so. I openedup my wardrobe and admired our dresses. Lilly's was pink with a black belt. It went just above her knees and was frilly at the ends. Mine was purple with a silver belt in the shape of an infinity sign and was also frilly at the ends. I handed Lilly hers to put on while i slipped on mine. We both had matching pairs of black high heels. I got dressed and looked for the purses. Once I'd found them i unlocked my makeup/jewellery box and took out the valuable tickets. I put one ticket in each purse and opened the top drawer and took out 2 guitar pick necklaces just like R5's. They said on them 'music is poetry with personality'. I left them on our dressing table and sat down on the chair. Lilly stood behind me and curled my hair. She scooped it all over 1 shoulder and i stood up and began straitening her hair. Then i added a black bow and started to add some makeup to her face. Not much, just foundation, lipstick and a little mascara. Then she put the exact same makeup. We still had 2 hours so i went to my dressing table and piched up the 2 CD's we wanted signing. Lilly was taking a copy of Ready set rock and i was bringing Louder.

"Hey what times the concert agian?" She asked me. It's on at half 6 but i told sister it was half 5 so she would drive us there early and we'd be at the beginning of the queue so we can stand near the front." I told her. "smart" She replied. "So what're we gonna say to them when we meet them?" "Look, Rocky tweeted that they're thinking about adopting children. So i thought we'd wait till the very end of the meet and greet and ask them where they were going to adopt children from. Then we give them this paper that I've got in my purse that has the names of the childrens home and our names. So there's a chance they might adopt us!" I told her my plan. Just at that moment sister walked through the door. "Ready to go girls?" She asked us. We nodded and got in the car. It took us about 20 minutes to get there. And as i had planned, there were only about 20 people there. We joined the end of the line and sister told us she'd come and pick us up after the meet and greet. We waited about an hour and gradually the line grew longer until it was as far as the eye couldsee.

I looked forwards and realised they were letting people in! We quickly pushed forward, or rather got pushed forwards, and we made our way right to the front behind the barriers keeping people from getting to the stage. After about 10 minutes of the opening band, the lights went dim, then they shone to the stage, and standing right before our eyes were THE R5!!! Me and Lilly bothed pinched each other, and sure enough, we weren't dreaming. "How you all doing tonight?!" They shouted to the crowd. They started with Ain't no way we're going home then they wnt on to Here comes forever.

~ 1 hour later ~

We walked to the meet and greet rehearsing what we were going to say to them. We stood at the very back of the line, clutching our CD's. We waited about 45 minutes until everyone had talked to them and it was our turn. I suddenly felt Lilly grab my arm. Oh no, she's gonna faint! Not now, she can't! I whispered to her there would be nothing to worry about, they're people too. We walked up to them and they all smiled at us. We handed then the CD's and they passed them round to sign.

"Hey guys!" They said to us. "H-hi" Lilly managed to say. It's time to do my bit. "Can i ask you something?" They nodded. "I read online that you guys were thinking of adopting children, where were you going to adopt them from?" I asked them nervously. "Umm we were thinking Miss Rose's foster home." Riker replied. "Ok, i just thought you might want to try West side adoption centre." I said boldly. "You guys live there don't you?" Ross wondered. We nodded. They looked at each other. "We might consider it, what're your names?" Rocky said to us. I quickly fished the paper out my bag and handed it to them. "Ok, bye girls" Ross stood up and hugged Lilly. Then Riker did the same to me. I looked over at Lilly and she was smiling. We mostly liked the members of R5 the same, but i happen to know that she has a particular thing for Ross.
