Chapter 11

Before I knew what I was doing I leaned in and my lips touched hers...

Riker's POV

I felt fireworks go off through my body. I know that's so cliche but it's exactly how I felt. I gently pulled away and stared into her perfect eyes. "Hailey, I know I've only know you for a few hours, but I really like you. I was wondering if maybe, if you want to, y'know-" I was cut off. "Yes Riker, I'll be your girlfriend."

We heard loud chearing from somewhere and I turned around to see everyone standing there clapping. "You guys set this up didn't you?" I asked them. They nodded. "Well, thanks." I smiled at them.

~The next morning~

Lilly's POV

We decided to try to confuse everyone in the morning by dressing the same. We both wore a pink and blue shirt with rolled up sleaves, light blue shorts, purple converse with pink laces, a flowery head band on top of our curled hair, an R5 guitar pick necklace, and a charm bracelet with charms we've collected over the years. When we walked downstairs Ratliff saw us and said "Did I get hit on the head by a coconut because I'm seing double!" I laughed and flipped my hair over my shoulder. I looked next to me and saw Lola doing the exact same thing, making me laugh even harder.

"So, what do you wanna do?" Ratliff asked. "I dunno, where are the rest?" I wondered. "They went to go to some family thing so I stayed here. Anyway, do you wanna go for a walk?" He asked. Me and Lola nodded and we left. 

When we were only a few steps from the door there was a loud gasp. I looked around and saw a man. He quickly came up to us and introduced himself. "My name's Charlie Tomson. I'm a fashion designer/ photographer. I've been looking for some children to model some of my designs to be shown in magazines, specificly identical twins. And you girls are perfect for it!" He said excited. "So, what do you say?" He persisted. "Can we Ellington?" I asked. "Of coarse! When can they start?" He said, sounding just as happy as us. "As soon as you can, right now if you would like." He explianed. "If you would like to come to my house that is just around the corner, then I already have everything set up and we can start on the photo shoot." We agreed and followed him.

His house was quite big, but he had clothes and other random peices of fabric everywhere. He led us into a room with 3 just white walls, and one painted deep purple. He gave us lots of different outfits and we had to change into one of them. He had a room where we could change into the first outfit. 

Once we were done we had to stand in front of the purple wall while a fan blew our hair back. We stood in different poses while the camera flashed. Ratliff was recording the whole thing to show everyone later. 

We did the same with every outfit and then we got to look at the pictures. They actually looked really good. He said they would be published in magazines tomorrow. Before we left he took some money out of his pockets. He counted it and gave it to us. It was a lot of money! "Woah! How much money is this?" Lola asked. "$300 each." He told us. If we keep getting this much money I really hope this can become a regular thing!
