Dan Howell is a nineteen year old orphan who finally gets adopted, but when he finally arrives at his so called home, he finds a young, tall, dark haired male who changes his life.

Dan wakes up to soft nudging against his shoulder "mmf...". He moans as he turns his body over, adjusting his eyes to the bright light. He rubs away the crust from his eyes and blinks twice "Phil?". "I'm right here" Phil softly says as he takes a seat on the corner of the bed. He gently caresses the brunette's cheek. "My parents want to have breakfast with you" He quietly says, tucking a strand of Dan's hair, behind his ear. "Mmph" Dan grumpily pouts and turns his body over to his side, facing his boyfriend now.
"Do I have to?" he asks quietly and timidly. He immediately remembers what he had planned yesterday for today, and no longer feels grumpy.
"I'm sorry" Phil quietly says, gently running his fingers through the brunette's hair. "Do it for me sugar plum?" he gently asks with a slight tilt of his head. "Okay..." Dan says with plumped up lips and a slight annoyed look on his face. "Is it okay if I have a sleepover with Chris today?" he asks with big puppy eyes. "Pretty please with sprinkles on top daddy?" he makes a cute face at his boyfriend, knowing he can't say no to that.
"Of course, if it makes my princess happy then that makes me happy too"
Dan immediately sits up and throws his arms around Phil's neck. He nuzzles his face against his boyfriend's neck "thank you thank you!". He pulls away from being tucked in Phil's neck, and he plants a kiss on his lips. Phil smiles and pecks the brunette's nose "I'm going to miss you though". He has to take his parents out for dinner tonight, and he doesn't want to, in all honesty. "I'm going to miss you too" Dan hugs Phil tight. He lays his head against his chest and breathes out. "But I'll be back tomorrow okay? So please survive for me!" he exclaims.
"I will don't worry" Phil smiles and stands up, picking Dan up in his arms in the process. "Do you want me to dress you?" he asks, seeing how clingy his boyfriend is being today. He feels as if he has a koala clung onto him right now, which he probably does. "Yes please" Dan says with a smile on his face. He doesn't know what to wear at all, so he needs help with that. "I have work today too so I won't be seeing Chris until four or five" he huffs, a little annoyed.
"What time is it?"
"It's nine in the morning"
"I start at ten thirty" Dan yawns as he's placed down on the floor. "So I better hurry" he says, feeling anxiety rise up in him, slightly. "Ah shit okay okay let me get you clothes and ready in five minutes" Phil curses and panics a little. He took off a day from work today, to take his parents out and all. He runs to get clothes for Dan, and also another bandanna, a simple grey one. He can't have his parents seeing hickeys on the brunette's neck.

Dan gets dressed by Phil, and he's content with his outfit. He smiles as the grey bandanna is tied around his neck. He hugs Phil tight again "I'm leaving my curls". "Again?" Phil asks with a smiles and wraps his arms around his boyfriend. "I'm proud of you" he softly says, feeling Dan nod against his chest. "Can I get multiple kisses before I have to go downstairs?" Dan asks, impatient since he has work soon. "Of course Princess" Phil replies with a huge, dorky smile.
