Dan could hardly sleep with the thought of seeing Louise. He only knew her for one day but it didn't matter. He looked at Louise as if she where his mom. He always had that vibe around her. Instead of sleeping in this time, he woke up a little bit earlier.

Dan perceived the clutter of pans downstairs. He yawned and turned to his side, feeling around the spot next to him. He warily sat up and tossed the bed sheets off his body. He grunted and rubbed his eyes. He stepped onto the carpeted floor, leaving his comfy, warm bed.

Dan's stomach growled, clearly signalizing he was hungry. A lightbulb went off in his head as he remembered who was coming over today. He scurried to his door, opened it, stepped outside, and ran down the stairs. He stepped into the kitchen and saw the blonde lady turn over.

Dan smiled as Louise opened her arms. He almost ran into her arms but Louise spoke up. "Careful okay? I'm in a fragile condition". Dan walked over and gently wrapped his arms around Louise. "Fragile? How?" He softly questioned, his arms wrapped around her waist.

Dan must admit that Louise is shorter than him, but that didn't stop him from hugging her. "I'm pregnant" Louise gently giggled and pulled away from the hug. She looked at the brunette who stared at her, curiously.

"Pregnant?" Dan questioned and slightly tilted his head. He was unsure of the definition, or what it was. "Yeah that means I have a little baby in my stomach" Louise smiled. She looked at Dan's hand that reached out. "Course you can't feel it now as the pregnancy is just at the start" she giggled.

"Ohhh" Dan said and let his arm drop to his side. He didn't know how that was physically possible, but he was excited. "What are you going to name the baby?" He asked, excitement in his voice. "That I'm not sure of yet" Louise said with a smile. "But-". Dan's stomach growled again. He embarrassedly held his stomach.

"You're hungrier than me huh" Louise cackled. She watched the brunette flush red and hide his face in his hands. "Go on and take a seat sweetie" she said softly. "I want to help" Dan said gently as he removed his hands from his face. "You have a baby growing inside of you" he said and played with his fingers. He gently gasped and made Louise give him a startled look.

"What's wrong dear?"

"Am I pregnant?" Dan grabbed at his stomach, making Louise burst out in laughter. He looked at her and eyed her stomach. "No sweetie boys can't get pregnant" Louise said, gently reaching up, and pinching Dan's cheek. "You're just chubby" she smiled and poked Dan's stomach. "Now you don't need to help me out really but if you insist".

"You might crush the baby!" Dan said in a worried tone. He was excited at this whole baby thing, and couldn't wait for the arrival. "What can I help you out with?" He gently tilted his head. Louise giggled "get me the carton of eggs out and some ham". "Also get out the marmalade" she gently said.

"Okay" Dan said and opened the refrigerator. He balanced the package of ham on top of the carton of eggs, and held the marmalade in his free hand. He gently walked over and placed the items down on the counter. "Anything else?" He asked with a smile.

"Can you please get the bread out for me sweetie?".

"Of course" Dan said, stopping himself from saying the word mom. He just couldn't help himself, Louise was so sweet and gentle with him. He kneeled down and opened the cabinet door, getting the bread out. He closed the door and walked back to the counter, setting the bag of bread down.
