Andalus's POV

It was seven am when I woke up. It was the first time I wake up without the alarm annoying me.

What woke me up actually was a romantic symphony, the sound of the rain gently hitting my room's windows.

I opened the two windows and a cold breeze swept by. You may think that I'm staring at the beautiful rain and smelling its beautiful scent but no. I just realized that I didn't wake Yusuf up so I went running to his room but he wasn't there.

I went downstairs and there was a smell of pancakes coming from the kitchen. When I entered the kitchen Rayan was there making them. Yusuf was pouring the juice while Sofiane was buttering the toasts.

I stood there surprised by thier attitude and wondered if today was my birthday.

Well ... it wasn't.

I was born in June and we are now in December.

There must be something. That's weird because my brothers never helped in making the breakfast.

Rayan turned and found me standing near the door.

"You mumble in your sleep."

"Well good morning to you too." I said.

"That's a good riddance." he said raising a spoon.

"What did I say ?" I said walking to the table.

"Humm as I remember it was " No, I will never leave you." he said giggling and Sofian and Yusuf stared at me.

I flushed tomato red.

"I ...Well that was weird." I said trying to not break my voice.

I went to the bathroom and had a quick shower then got dressed, took my bag and went downstairs.

It was 7:45 when I started eating my breakfast. Stuffing the pancakes with one hand and drinking the juice with the other.

Rayan gave me a note telling me to go to the supermarket. Gladly today is my day off.

I nodded rolling my eyes.

"I'll go if you don't want to but you know that I'll be back from the university at seven."

My parents are coming today so I prefer finishing everything as soon as possible. I counted with my fingers: have to buy some stuff, clean the house, prepare the dinner and start my research paper.

My brothers left and I went upstairs to get my jacket then walked to the supermarket.

The rain outsandingly formed the best pictures in the sidewalks & the streets. The clouds were dense and literally astonishing. And the city looked so bleak like there was a war that has just ended. However it had a unique charm.

"Why his handwriting is so hard to read?" I murmured.

Ya Allah what am I even reading? Is he in kindergarten or what? Is this tomato or potato? It's either the T looks like P or P looks like T.

The only two words that I recognized were Milk & Apples.

"Could you please send me what you wrote in that paper? Your handwriting is horrible." I texted him while I walked to vegetables section.

"I'm in the class." he texted back after five minutes.

"It's like you never text while you're in the class." I texted sarcastically.

I took some apples and a bottle of milk, put them in the basket and texted him again.

"Hurry up!"
