Andalus's POV

It was 4 pm when Lisa called to meet us at the city's park. We had to wait like half an hour for Prof.Helen, Norah and Sundus to arrive.

Today we are going to do some shopping for Aya. Prof.Helen told us to call her by this name from now on but I got used to Helen so I might confuse you.

We had to change Aya's style starting with head scarves and ending up with pants and skirts. We tried to make her style not attractive. For example if she wants to wear pants she has to wear like a very long blouse on it. If she wants to wear a dress she has to make sure it is suitable to be considered as a hijab, it shouldn't be that tight as we see in girls' styles nowadays and the same thing appeals to skirts. Also she doesn't need to wear stuff that has lots of colors.

A Hijab has to cover your body not only your hair. It makes me very sad to see Muslim girls nowadays and the way they dress. How Hijab nowadays make them look attractive instead of hiding their beauty.

Oh and not only that but also how much make up masks that cover their faces and the smell of perfumes that follow them wherever they go.

" So what happened to your husband? " Sundus asked while we walked the pavements. Sundus, Lisa, and I were wearing black Abayas except for Norah who was wearing a Jilbab & a Niqab and Aya who was wearing a navy blue skirt and a white blouse.

" Well he wasn't my husband you know, he was my boyfriend. He dumped me 6 years ago when he heard that I was pregnant but I wasn't thank God ...Well it was a rumor, obviously " Aya answered looking at the ground, giggling.

" And were you sad when he left you? " I asked studying her face apprehensively.

" I was. I cried all the time feeling depressed, vulnerable. I thought he was my world, my everything, I thought he was perfect after all he had done to me. He who said love is blind must be awarded. I even tried to suicide because of him but Alhamdullilah I didn't. I tried so hard to forget him and it wasn't easy. " Aya said.

Her eyes were so sad and her face was expressionless. Her eyes said lots of things, of struggles, of depression, of ... miserable love story.

" You said he dumped you because he heard that you were pregnant. Wasn't he not responsible enough? ... I mean did responsibility play a role in your relationship ... with him? " I asked and then we entered the shopping center.

She was silent for a moment, like a child who tries to build sentences. A child who is scared of answering questions that can't be answered.

" I guess so. " she was silent again. " I mean who on earth would dumb you like a useless piece of paper when he hears that he'll become a father? Apparently a dumb useless piece of paper. However I'm not a useless piece of paper. " she said smiling " I am a dumb scissor. Dumb because I loved him and scissor because I cut him into pieces, and he called me and wanted to come back but I refused." she continued.

We were startled by the way Aya was talking and I was startled by the way her eyes were glowing, of excitement and of pride. We all looked surprisingly at each others.

" I guess this blouse is beautiful! " Prof.Helen said while taking a dark grey blouse with white small dots on it.

Lisa and Norah nodded.

" What about the blue one? " I asked.

" This one is beautiful too. " Aya said taking it from me " I'll take them both." she continued.

Moments later Aya bought a long white casual dress and a black cardigan. When we were about to exit the shop Sundus raised her finger, not believing what she saw.
