"How do I explain it to everyone?" I asked James as I put a pancake on his plate.
"C'mon! It's fucking sexy! Nobody's going to care!" James answered as he took a bite of my pancake.
"It's a belly button piercing, not even a tattoo but a piercing!" I said hopelessly.
At the moment I was at James' apartment and I was making breakfast wearing his shirt and a pair of shorts while he thought it would be a great idea to distract me by parading shirtless with just sweatpants on.
"Kit-Kat, I hate to break it to you but you can't undo what you did. Plus it's a complete turn on" he said smirking.
"It's useless discussing this with you" I said rolling my eyes.
"Where's Maddox by the way?" I asked.
"He's fast asleep, now that he's got a job as a bartender he needs all the sleep he can get in the morning itself" James said stuffing his mouth.
"I'm up" I heard a groggy voice echo from the door that led to Maddox's room.
"Morning! Want pancakes?" I asked as I placed another one on James' plate.
"No thank you" he said yawning as he made his way behind the kitchen counter and opened the refrigerator.
"I insist!" I said.
"Yea dude, you should try them, they're amazing" James said with his mouth full.
"Don't talk with your mouth full" I ordered and he shut it close.
"Fine two for me!" Maddox said as he drank the milk directly from the cartoon, Boys!
"Two pancakes on the way" I announced as I walked back to the stove.
After serving Maddox and helping myself to an apple.
"So you're going to stuff us with pancakes while you eat one apple? Not that I'm complaining" Maddox said.
"I have a photoshoot Friday, truthfully speaking I'm supposed to be drinking just black coffee" I countered.
"Whatever but these pancakes are heavenly!" Maddox said taking another bite.
"Photoshoot? I thought you told your mom you wouldn't do anymore of those" James said.
"Oh this isn't for Mom! This is for Jimmy Choos and I'm getting complementary discount for one year. Scarlet's a big fan, so I'm just planning on giving the complementary discount card to her for her birthday" I said shrugging as I rubbed my stomach to ease the pain that was left there after getting the piercing.
I'm pretty sure both of them had lost interest the second I uttered Jimmy Choo which explains why they're hogging they're pancakes instead.
Then all of a sudden my phone rang, I picked it up from the counter and saw my dad's number, I excused myself and walked to James' bedroom where I picked up my phone.
"Hey dad?" I said.
"April, I'm calling to inform you that you have an interview with Wendy Marley on the tonight show and I had completely forgotten to tell you about it. Also it's today" Dad said which made my eyes bulge out.
