+you stand in front of him and grab his hands

+he sucks his cheeks in at times
+his hands are in his hair slightly pulling
+you hug him tightly
+whisper soothing words in his ears that calm him down
CHOSEN
+quietly clapping his hands
+rocking back and forth in his seat
+you hold his hand and massage it
+it's kind of a silent message to let him know that your there for him
JACK
+he's running his hands through his hair
+frowning and making less jokes
+you wrap your arms around him
+"Jack, don't drag it out. It'll be okay, I promise"
NIC
+pacing the room
+crossing and uncrossing his arms a lot
+you pull him into you
+"stop worrying, babe"
SOPHIA
+she's super quiet
+completely still which is weird since she's ALways doing something
+you hug her and pull her into you
+"it's okay, soph. It's gonna be okay"
