Lasagna Love part 2: Unknown passion

The middle of the end

Down in the lab, there was a stir. Garfield had no idea what he was looking at. "What am I looking at" 

"What you're looking at, is a beast. A monster. It's name... Shadow Hugh." Scrooge said. 

"It's an absolute killing machine. The apex of where it lived." Gyro chimed in, smiling at scrooge. "We need super strong soundproof glass to merely keep us safe."

"huh? why sound-proof?" Garfield said, puzzled. 

"You see, this creature has a very special ability. If it says a phrase... And if you hear this phrase... You die." Scrooge said.

"Wow, pretty spooky." Garfield said.

"We will now demonstrate the capabilities of Shadow Hugh. Now Gyro, Throw the food in." 

Gyro opened the door and threw some spaghetti into the enclosure. However, upon attempting to close the door, he found it wouldn't. "Uh... Scrooge? It-It isn't closing!" He had a devious smirk hidden from the others. Of course it couldn't close, this was apart of the plan. 

"What do you mean lad? Put some elbow grease into it! It has to close!" Scrooge screamed. Suddenly, from the shadows of the enclosure was pierced with two sharp white eyes. There it was... Shadow Hugh. Magnificently Horrific. It slowly lurched towards the spaghetti, sniffing it for awhile before turning towards the open door. Garfield screamed. 

"Gyro, hurry up! Close the fucking door!" Scrooge demanded. Gyro only chuckled and walked away from the door, slowly.

"Sorry Scrooge, I can't do that. Because HE has to die so our love can flourish!" Gyro said, laughing in a very maniacal way.

"L-love?!?" Garifield gasped. "S-scrooge?! What does he mean?" he demanded.

"G-Garfield... It's not what you-"

"Oh it exactly is what you think it is, Garfield. You see, me and Scrooge have been in love for awhile now. But everytime I'm close to getting some dick, he's all oh no I can't i have to be home for garfield waaah waaah." Gyro whined. "So if you die, then i get smash." He giggled like a yandere bitch. "So basically what I guess i'm saying, is you must die, Garfield." The shadow hugh was already out of containment and wandering about. It was afraid and curled into a corner, however it did the thing it was known to do.

There was no sound protective glass to save them from the beast. Shadow Hugh instantly turned towards Garfield. Gyro gave a hideous smile. This is what he wanted. Once Garfield perishes, he will use his newest invention to kill the beast, and win Scrooges heart. Garfield began to scream at scrooge, unknowing of what was about to happen. "HOW COULD YOU?!?!? WHAT WE HAD WAS SACRED! AND YOU RUINED IT! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!" He said through tears, before turning to Gyro "YOU FUCKING BITCH, YOU RUINED MY LIFE!" Suddenly, Scrooge screamed; "WATCH OUT!" Before jumping in front of Garfield, to meet Shadow Hugh with claws out, raised in the air, ready to strike. But before he could bring them down, there was a loud bang. The Shadow stumbled backwards, a bullet hole in his head. Inky blood began to spray out. They turned to see Mami Tomoe holding her magical rifle. Aswell as Tammy holding a magical AK-47. And kyubei was eating the spaghetti.

"You motherfucker...... YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO TIMMY!" Tammy screamed, firing her weapon at Shadow Hugh with no hesitation. The beast was bleeding heavily, but was barely phased. Such weak firearms could not do much in the way of harming him. Scrooge also pulled out his pistol that he always carried with him and helped the magical girls in the barrage. Gyro Screamed in frustration "For fucks sake, why can't you die you lasagna loving bitch?? If the apex can't kill you..." He pulled out a small knife "Then I'll have to do it myself." Garfield pulled his claws out "Hmph... You can try, you trash-donkey." 

Gunfire blazed throughout the lab, destroying computers, test fires, and impacting with window that lead directly out to the water that surrounded the island the moneybin was directly located on. Cracks were showing in the glass, but it was sturdy. Was it sturdy enough?? Garfield and Gyro rolled around on the floor, screaming. "HE'S MINE YOU FUCKING TART! I'M GONNA KILL YOU! YOU DON'T LOVE HIM LIKE I DO! REEEEEEEEEE!" Gyro screamed like an unhinged person. They craved blood, and Scrooge.

"WHY! WON'T! IT! DIE!!!!" Tammy screamed as she fired upon the beast, it still did not fall. Mami went in for a point blank attack, but Shadow Hugh quickly reacted by Punching a hole through her stomach, and throwing her to the side. She died almost instantly. (Atleast she didn't get beheaded again). There was no time to mourn the death, as Scrooge and Tammy still had to slay the beast. Gyro managed to disarm Garfield and raised his knife into the air. "Finally, you will die and I will be the one who gets scrooge!" Garfield screamed out, which alerted Shadow Hugh. He began to move towards Gyro. He looked up in horror, and began to back away. "S-stay away! I'll stab you!" Shadow Hugh sounded as if it let off a chuckle, before slashing at Gyro's throat. He tried to scream out but there were only gargles. He fell to the floor, his eyes began to glaze over. Gyro had died'd. Tammy continued to fire at Shadow Hugh, but to no avail. Scrooge looked around for a solution to their troubles, and his eyes glanced upon what he needed right there and then; a fucking grenade. He reached out towards it, and after preparing it, threw it at the window. 

"Garfield, quickly! Tammy, we have to get to the door!" He pointed towards the door they had to get to. "The grenade is about to-" It blew up with a loud boom, and the glass breaks instantly, allowing water to flood the building. Tammy is the first to make it to the door. "Hurry up, before the water reaches us!" Scrooge was the second to make it, and held the door open for garfield. Garfield ran as quickly as he could, but Shadow Hugh was fast on his heels. Garfield was about to make it to the door, But Shadow Hugh pulled him back. The water began to pull both of them under. Garfield screamed, as the water reached his neck and covered him completely. Scrooge was forced to close the door as the entire room became submerged. Shadow Hugh continued to grab at him, pulling him down deeper and deeper, ready for the kill. Garfield was finding he was beginning to run out of breath, and he began to squirm even more. Suddenly, Hugh's grip began to weaken as the beast too began to drown. He let go, and began to sink down into the dark depths. It had finally died. "This is it." He thought. "I'm going to die. I didn't even get to talk to Scrooge about what he had done...." As he started to lose consciousness, he took comfort in the beautiful colours of the coral that lay below him, blanketing the ocean depths in brilliant hues. It wasn't the worst thing to die too, but could have been better. His eyes closed.... and he blacked out.
