(Y/N)'s POV

Meeting Alexander was like meeting an angel sent from heaven. He was so sweet and wanted me to be like his sister. He had just met me and still trusted me without a second thought. We had gotten to know each other and now we are in America. Alex still had some money left over so he used it to get me a spa treatment to clean me up and used the rest to buy me real clothing. It was very generous of him and I couldn't stop thanking him.
"You really don't have to mention it. You're my sister now. I'll do whatever I have to in order to keep you safe and content." He was so well-spoken. I still thanked him a few more times before we got to the high school.
"When you walk in, stand tall. Don't let others notice your fear. Always be confident and people will treat you with respect." I listened to Alexander's advice. I corrected my posture and, confidently, walked in. As I looked around, I noticed it looked nothing like the schools in the Caribbean. As we walked to the front desk, Alex nudged me and gestured over to a group of ladies. One in reddish-pink, one in blue, and one in yellow. They looked sweet and were probably sisters.
"They look nice," Alex said. I nodded and looked up at him. He seemed to be staring at the one dressed in mostly blue hues. I smirked and nudged his arm.
"The one in blue looks pretty! Don't you think?" I asked, mischievously. His face flushed as he looked away. I laughed and continued to walk to the front desk. When we walked in, there was already a group of people standing inside. There were three boys. I watched them as they walked out. The one in front was tall, had a curly hair that was in a ponytail, and seemed to be French. The next person was a big, tall guy and seemed to know how to sew based on the small red dots on his strong hands. He probably would prick his hands on the needle every now and then. The third guy was...
    Beautiful...
As they walked out of the office, we made eye contact. I blushed, however, I smiled at him. He flushed as well but smiled back. I have never met anyone as beautiful as him. He was tall, had glowing hazel eyes, curly hair pulled back into a ponytail and freckles! Oh, I love freckles! He was adorable. I would try to look over my shoulder just to get another look at him. I took a quick glance over my shoulder back at him. Once again, we made eye contact. I quickly snapped my head forward and paid attention to Alexander. My starring left me oblivious to him calling my name.
"Hmm? Were you saying something?" I asked. He rolled his eyes.
"Yes, I was. Stop drooling over that guy and listen!" I flushed and nodded. "You and I have the same schedule. Also, here's your dorm key. You're gonna have a roommate and it won't be me." Alex said, handing me a key. I nodded and took the key. I looked at the tag connected to the key. Room #104... Alright. I said bye to Alex and went to find my room. I took one last glance at the guy before I left. We made eye contact once more, surprise surprise. We both flushed. His friends smirked at him and started to tease him about it. I laughed quietly and continued on my journey to find my room. I went through multiple different hallways before I finally found my dorm. When I walked in, nobody was there so I just put on pajamas and got in bed. I was so tired and it was 11 o'clock at night. My eyelids got heavy as I laid on the soft mattress. I was so close to falling asleep when I heard the door open.

My entire life changed once I got to know the person who had just walked in...
