Alex's POV

    If John doesn't get his hand off my sister's, I going to cut it off. I will cut his hand off and you know I will Reader~Chan.
    ...
    You know I'll do.
    (Y/N) just met John and she's already swooning. I mean, I guess the same can apply for me and how I feel about Eliza. She's absolutely beautiful. The way her gorgeous chocolate eyes just twinkle in the early morning light makes me want to see nothing else. The way her brown hair just shimmers makes me want to feel how incredibly soft it must be. Her smooth voice makes me want to hear her speak for days on end. The way the color blue accents her every feature makes me want to drain the sky of its color, just so she can have it. I don't think I've ever met anyone as angelic as her.  Eliza is just... perfect. Another thing, doesn't the name Eliza Hamilton sound amazing? I feel like its a perfect fit.
    "Hello everybody! You miss me?" A voice said. I shook my head to bring me back to reality. I looked up and saw someone I've never met before. Everyone else sees him. The table becomes silent. Laurens swiftly lefts go of (Y/N)'s hand. He did that suspiciously fast... What is he trying to hide...? The person who came up to the table is male and has obnoxiously poofy hair.
    "Bonjour Jefferson, what do you want?" Lafayette says. Jefferson, his name apparently, smirks.
    "I just wanted to say hi! You're all so uptight." Jefferson scoffs and pulls up a chair. He shoves his chair right in between Peggy and my sister.

(Y/N)'s POV

    Who is this guy? He seems so arrogant. He also seems to put John on edge. As soon as he showed up, John let go of my hand. It was fast too. Like he was trying to make sure Jefferson didn't notice. Jefferson's face turns to a seductive grin.
    "Well, who is this lovely lady? I haven't seen her before." Jefferson gestured toward me with a devilishly handsome smile. He lifted a hand, as to lift up my chin. I immediately put my arm up in defense.
    "My name is (Y/N) Hamilton and I would prefer if you didn't touch me," I said. Jefferson smirked.
    "You're feisty. I like that," Jefferson winked. "So you're new here. You got any siblings?"
    "Why would you like to know?" I asked.
    "Well, I need to know if I need to get a brother's approval for us to become something~" Jefferson cooed, placing a hand on my cheek. I couldn't see how angry the table got at his actions, especially John and my brother. I scoffed.
    "Don't worry, we won't become something so you don't need to know," I practically growled.
    "Feelings change, my flower," Jefferson smiled and brought his chair to the other side of the table and moved his attention toward Eliza. Alexander was extremely pissed off. Laf was singing in French to try and calm Alex down. I turn to Peggy.
    "Who the hell is this guy?" I ask her. She rolls her eyes.
    "That is the one and only," After saying 'one and only', I heard Peggy mutter, 'thank goodness'. "Thomas Jefferson. He is an arrogant, rich, Virginian asshole." I gasp and giggle at her profanity.
    "Excuse my language, but he is a terrible person. He'll flirt and make a sweet girl fall head over heels for him. A week later, if he's not impressed, he'll cut off all contact with them. He'll act as if he has no clue who they are," Peggy explained. I was shocked to know that such a fowl person could walk the earth.
    "Try to stay away from him. He'll make your life miserable," Peggy finished. The food finally arrived. I made a mental note of this conversation and started to eat. I had gotten french toast. I asked Lafayette if he was impressed by my expression of his French-ness. He laughed and rolled his eyes.
    "Well, French toast really isn't from France, but good try," the French man said. I laughed and took a bite.
    ...
    It
    Was
    AMAZING!
    I ate my food so fast, I believe I am now a record holder for fast eating. I felt so full though...
This has to be the best meal I've had since... since I was with mom and dad... I miss them...
    Thinking of my old family and how I lost then made me heartbroken.

~~~
    I could hear the boat's horn from a mile away. I was running as fast as I could.
    "Veronica!" I called out my sister's name to see if she was nearby. Thousands of people were roughly trying to squeeze onto the boat. I had gotten separated from my family in this crowd. I understand that it's the last boat going back to America for 10 years, however, it is not okay to separate a 7-year-old from their family!
    "(Y/N)!" I heard someone call. It was my mother. I looked around and saw her, my father, and my older sister Veronica were already on the enormous ship.
    "Mom! Don't leave without me! Come back!" I pleaded. However, the captain had other plans. The boat's captain blasted the horn one last, long time, signaling that the boat was leaving. Tears streamed down my face as I begged my family to come back. They screamed my name. They said they loved me. I would yell it back. They said they would never forget me. After they said that, I knew that I would probably never see them again. Yet, I continued to yell for my mother, father, and sister to come and get me. I didn't want to be left alone. Alas, that was how it went. I spent the next ten years of my life in the Caribbean. Cold, hungry, and alone. Sometimes I can still hear them calling to me.
    "(Y/N)..."
    "(Y/N)."
    "(Y/N)!"
~~~

    "(Y/N)! Are you alright?" John called to me. Everyone was staring at me.
    "Yeah, why?" I asked.
    "You were mumbling stuff under your breath. And you're crying." John wiped tears from my cheeks. I blushed at this. I glanced at everyone. Alexander was angry, surprise surprise. Laf and Hercules were wiggling their eyebrows. Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy were giggling.
    Jefferson...
    Jefferson was squinting at us...
    He seemed confused...
    "I'm sorry guys. It's nothing important. I was just deep in thought and since I wasn't blinking, my eyes started to tear." I tried to assure everyone that I was okay. Once they were all convinced, I thanked John and continued to eat. My french toast had some whipped cream on the side so of course, I had to have some. I took a scoop and put it in my mouth. It was a big scoop and I probably had whipped cream on my face now. I turned to John.
    "Hey, do I have anything on my face?" I asked. He got close to me in order to inspect my face. I turned red at how near his face was to mine. He then smiled.
    "You have some whipped cream on your nose." He said as he got closer and kissed where the whipped cream was. I blushed madly. I heard my friends giggling and teasing John and I. That's when Jefferson seemed to snap.
    "So John!" He started, with a menacing smile.
