Chapter 9

Natalie's POV

"Wake up guys! It's time for school!" I heard someone scream in my ear.

My eyes flashed open and I looked at the clock. It was 7:30. Shit! I jumped up and began throwing on some of Miles's clothes. Chase, Miles's other best friend started laughing.

"What?!" I screamed.

"I was just kidding! Dude, it's only Saturday calm down!" He said still laughing.

I socked him in the shoulder. I walked over to Miles and shook his arm until her woke up.

"What the fuck? Go away," Miles said.

"Chase woke me up...." I complained.

"Chase! Go home," Miles said.

"No! I wanna hang out with you guys today!" Chase yelled.

"It's really early! What would we do anyways?" I asked.

"I don't know... You guys are boring though. I'm going downstairs. Bye!" Chase said.

"Yay! Leave!" Miles said.

Chase stuck his tongue out before leaving. I gave Miles a kiss on the cheek, then walked out. Wait... did I just kiss him? Oh my gosh! I can't stop falling for him...

I ran down the stairs to find Chase on the couch watching tv.

"Hey! I have to talk to you..." I said.

"Yeah? Ok, what?" He asked.

"Well, I think I like Miles, but I don't want to. I am just really confused with this whole thing," I said.

"He talked to me the other day about this actually. He said pretty much the same thing. He really likes you, dude. You gotta give him a chance. He was really upset when he saw you grindin' on that one guy. Please Natalie, just try a relationship with him. I'm sure you guys will brake up a few times, but everyone does. It's just the bond that makes everything stronger. If you date him, then you'll actually know if you like him like that or not," he said.

"Ok. But I don't want to ask him out and I think I already blew it with him. He would never ask me out after some of the crazy shit I've said to him," I said.

"Trust me, it's Miles. If he likes you, he'll ask you out," he said.

"K, thanks! Tell him I went to hang with Sophie. Is she at your guys house?" I asked.

"It's Sophie! She's probably still asleep," he laughed.

"Haha, ok bye," I said.

Miles's POV

I went downstairs to find Chase watching tv.

"Hey where's Nat?" I asked.

"Went to my house to hang out with Sophie," he said.

"Oh..." I frowned.

"Hey, you should ask her out," he said.

"Nah. She doesn't like me."

"Yes she does."

"No. It's obvious that she only wants to be friends."

"Do something really big with her. Take her out of town when school is out which is like in a week. You can go on a vacation or something," Chase said.

"Deal. But if she says no, it's on you," I said.

"Ok whatever...." he smirked.
