chapter 3 arriving at the pack house

Right in front of me was Zack holding up his hand and rocks floating in the air. I didn't even know what to say I just stood there looking at him in shock. My mind was going a hundred miles a minute   I didn't know what to think of all of this. Like how do we have powers? How... "Red are you seeing this?" my brother asked. "Yea, its so cool, ok hang on let me do the same." and I did, I held my my hand out rocks started levitating. "Lets see if we pass things to each other." Zack said enjoying it.
   "Okay, but we have to start out small, like a twig." I offered, now I'm not usually all for safety, but when you just find out you have powers you might wanna be careful just a tad bit. "Alright I'll go first." he said. "Alright" I said as he picked up a tiny twig. "Oh come on Blondie you need to pick up a bigger stick than that." I stated he hates when I call him Blondie, but it's true he's the only one in the whole family to have blonde hair. "Whatever, is this big enough." he said as he picked up a bigger one. " I guess it would do, for now." I mumbled the last part to my self so he won't here, but I'm pretty sure that he did because of our werewolf hearing. "okay, I have my stick now." I said as I picked up a much bigger one than zacks. "Okay, now lets focus on the other persons stick. Focus your energy on it, and when you are concentrated enough move your hands toward it." Zack said said like he's given this speech a thousand time. "okay." I said as I began to concentrate on Zacks stick. Once I  had enough concentration I started moving my hands the same time Zack started moving his. I got a hold of Zacks stick and he got mine.
"okay great job." I said to him, but mostly my self.
"Ok so you have a wish granting power and levitation power. And I have a levitation power. That's cool. You can keep wish granting I don't wanna keep saying 'wish granted' everytime someone wishes for something." he said
"whatever" I said as we kept moving forward. We kept walking and Zack kept using his power. He looked so happy,  he looked like he just woke up on Christmas morning and got the most gifts out of everyone.once we got to a clearing we found a spot to get comfy and ho to sleep.
"Good night red, I love you."
"Good night Blondie, I love you too"
   It was very rare Zack said i love you to anyone with the exception of me. I asked him one time why he doesn't say it to our family or anyone. And he said "Because people who treat my sister like crap don't deserve to be loved." and ever since then I knew he was my only real family.

  The next day I woke up with a feeling of someone watching us. I looked around and saw that nobody was there. Then i heard a noise and decided to wake up Zack.
"Zack wake your ass up now." i whispered yelled
"I'm up, I'm awake. Damm it red what the problem." he said sounding groggy
" I think someone's out there." i said as i heard the noise again
"Stay here and don't get up, i mean it red and if something happens you ur powers." he whispered the last part to me
"Ok, you do to." I whispered to him

As he was about to take a step forward a man came out. Now let me tell you something this guy was hot. He was built and buff. But compared to my brother he was small my brother was really well built. My brother was like 2 inches taller than him.
" What are you rouges doing on my land." he questioned authority in his voice.
"Sorry alpha, but we were wondering if we can be in your pack. We left ours because they were abusing my sister. They would treat her like crap." my brother said and I looked down at the floor ashamed
"I am not alpha I'm a beta. But I will take you with me to our alpha. I'm sure he'll let y'all in the pack he's has a soft spot for runaways." said the beta
"Alright well I'm Vanessa or nessa, this is my younger brother Zack." I said finally after being quite for so long.
"Ok well my name is Ryan." Ryan said as he walked and we followed suit.

 We have have been walking for over an hour and my feet are killing me. "We aren't going to tell them about our powers." I whispered to Zack "Agreed." he said back "Okay you can stop whispering now were here." Ryan said "finally I feel like I'm about to faint." I said blocking out all scents and my scent I don't know I just like doing that for fun I used to do it all the time when me and Zack were little. I heard him chuckle beside me and I knew he knew I covered my scent.
"right this way." Ryan said just as a skank walked out of the house glaring at me. "bitch" she said as she passed by me. "Now you listen here you son of a..." I was saying while Zack pulled me with him and into the house. " why did you do that and what was that thing." I asked as we were in but before he could answer Ryan cut in "That's the alphas girlfriend so don't piss her off." he said but I didn't say anything because I know if I did we wouldn't be able to join the pack.

"We are here." said Ryan as he opened the door it felt like we were walking for an hour. And so far I have seen that skank walk by 2 times already. "Ok well lets go in." Zack finally spoke up. And we did and I wasn't prepared for what I saw. There he was with that skank almost half naked on his desk. Once he saw us he pushed her off him and put his shirt on while skank was taking her time to pit on her mini shirt. She was wearing a skirt that nearly covered her butt, btw she don't got a butt i mean I have more ass than that, and a crop top.
"Well leave already Nicki I'll finish you later." the alpha said to her. I was kinda hurt at what he said. I mean he was smokin' hot, hotter than Ryan, but his word cut deep. I don't I think its because I have a crush on him

Once Nicki was gone he said "have a seat." and we all did. "so you want to join my pack." and we nodded. " we want you're join pack because they were abusing me and my brother left with me, even though he was future alpha." I said as the alpha eyed me clearly
" I see how old are both of you? What's both of your names? Why did your brother leave?." he questioned like he thought I was lying well I'll tell you one thing I don't lie, about important stuff anyway.
" My name is Vanessa River and he is Zack River. I am 16 my brother is 15. And he left because they were treating me bad. He couldn't do anything because he didn't have authority." I said, I could tell he was letting it soak in and that he also wanted to ask why wasn't I alpha but let it go thank god.
"Ok you can join my pack." he said finality in his voice.
"Thank you." I said as me and Zack walked out the door and Ryan showed us our rooms. Mine was huge it was colored teal and had a huge walkin closet. The bathroom was huge also it had a shower, jacuzzi a a make up counter and a huge sink. The area where my bed was,was also huge it was a king size bed with a mirror on the ceiling. One of those seats where you sit at and look out side. And a counter with a blue iPhone 5c. OH MY GOD. I think I just died and went to heaven. I want to go check out my brothers room but I'm to lazy I don't wanna walk. And next thing you know I'm being teleported to his room. WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED. I stood there just completely shocked my brother matching my same expression.
