Its been a few days since you've moved in with the Hamiltons. Everything has been wonderful, you couldn't ask for a better family. Recently, you applied into the college Philip is attending, and received a letter telling you that despite the late application; you've been accepted!

You begin your classes next week, so for the time being you've been supportive of Philip while he finishes this semester of college.

"Do you need anything?" You asked a stressing Philip.

His eyes were sunken in and his hair was a mess, fluffing out in many parts. He held a pen, tapping it rhythmically as he thought about what to write for his essay.

"I can't think. I don't know what to write," he whined, chewing on the pen.

You thought for a moment, then quickly left to get him some snacks.

When you returned you sat it on a nearby table.

You walked up behind Philip and began playing with his curly hair, which always soothed him. You pulled his hair back into a low ponytail, then secured it with a hair tie.

"Okay Philly, it's time for you to take a break," you instructed, leading him to the nearby table.

Philip whined in protest, pouting his lip as you dragged him towards the table.

You sat down next to him, forcing him to eat some food and relax, which he was extremely reluctant to do.

Alexander suddenly walked in, his eyes wide as his gaze locked onto Philip.

"Laurens?" You could've sworn you heard him whisper, but he quickly walked away after those words left his mouth.

You looked at Philip, confusing painting your face. He shared the same look, the two of you shrugging with a small laugh.
