I stared down at my feet, the yelling coming from Ethan's dad enough to make me want to burst into a puddle of tears. If it wasn't for Ethan's mum, Lisa, having her arm wrapped around me, squeezing me tightly, then I would've been long gone.
" why didn't you use protection, Ethan?!? " Sean yelled, his head buried in his hands out of frustration.
I couldn't speak, I was at a loss for words. Everything was falling apart right before my eyes, because of me.
Ethan groaned, the anger radiating from his body from the other side of the room.
" I'm not stupid, dad. we did! " Ethan shouted back, sitting down on the sofa opposite me.
" Sean, stop. This isn't the end of the world, everything happens for a reason! " Lisa spoke, instantly shutting her husband up.
I felt her gently rub my arm for support, whilst I sniffled, holding back the tears and thanking her quietly.
" I'm really sorry I had to meet you all like this... " I tried my best to get out, immediately being cut off by the feeling of another hand on my shoulder.
Cameron gave me a sympathetic smile, another family member who was being a lot more accepting than I thought. Sean, however, was throwing a fit, his face still covered by his hands.
" yeah, me too "
I looked up at the boy I loved, my eyes meeting his as he shook his head, standing up from his seat and barging past his father. With that, he opened the door, slamming it shut behind him.
My heart sank at the sight, maybe my mum was right. What if he didn't accept this? What if he leaves me?

I instantly felt Lisa pull me into her arms, my head resting beneath her chin as she let out what I thought was a cry.
" don't worry, he'll come around " She whispered to me, rubbing my back with her free hand while Cameron held my shoulder.
" I'm so sorry, Mrs Dolan... I-I " I cried silently, having her instantly tell me to shh, hugging me once more.
I'd spent just minutes with this woman, and I knew she was going to be supporting me through this whole journey. She'd shown me more love in the space of seconds than I'd ever felt from my own mother, my whole life. I could already tell that she loved me, she loved me because her son loved me. She was like the mum I'd never had and always wished to have had, already. And for Cameron, I made her brother happy, that was what she wanted. All I could do was hope that I still did, after this.
" it's Lisa, honey. Don't worry about a thing, you're a part of this family now " Was what she said, making a smile break out on my face.
Family. As much as I'd always thought I was apart of a family, it never felt like it. I love my brother with all of my heart, but it was always just the two of us, and to be honest, I'm glad it was that way. I wouldn't change it for the world. It made us who we are today, two people who're independent and strong.
" you make Ethan the happiest he's ever been, and I am so so glad he has you, and so glad that you have him. This will all work out fine, don't stress yourself out " Lisa smiled, releasing me from her grip and standing up.
I did the same, standing up and smoothing out my clothes. I thanked her once more for welcoming me so nicely, especially regarding the circumstances.
" you've been on a long flight, sweetie! Go get some rest, I'll send Ethan in when he gets back from... wherever he went "

I woke up to the sound of Ethan's bedroom door opening, making me lift my head. I smiled gently when I felt the bed dip, and saw Ethan looking down at me with guilt filled eyes, his hand resting on top of my body, which was hidden beneath the duvet.
" I'm really sorry " He said with a husky voice, running his free hand through his hair.
I shook my head, rubbing my eye with my hand, in attempt to wake myself up some more.
" don't be. I understand " I shrugged, being cut off when I felt him pull the covers down slightly, climbing in next to me and pulling me close to his body.
He wrapped his arms around me, my body resting on top of his as he kissed my head, looking down at me.
" I'm just surprised, and scared. I'm terrified, Holly, I've never been so scared in my whole life " He told me with a shaky voice, until I pulled him down to my level, so that his face was in line with mine.
My hand trailed up to behind his neck, while the other caressed his cheek gently. My eyes met with his, sticking like glue as I looked at him in awe.
" me too " I began, looking down for a second before returning all of my attention to the boy I fell madly in love with.
" what worried me, was that I thought my mum may have been right " I struggled to get out, his eyebrows furrowing softly as he took in what I had said.
" she said that y-you'd leave me once I- I uh, once I told you " I stuttered, not even noticing that a tear had fell from my eye until I felt his thumb wipe it from under my eye, and his arms pull me close to him again.
" believe me, when I say that I will never leave you, ever. This doesn't make me love you any less, Hol " Ethan whispered, whilst I nodded into his chest, the scent of his cologne and the words that he'd just said enough to make me feel safe, and at peace.
" if anything, it makes me love you, and the little guy in there, a whole lot more "
I let out a cry of happiness, a grin breaking out on my face as I pulled him down to my level again, my lips pressing against his gently. I felt Ethan smile against my lips, making me do the same, whilst he wrapped his arms around me even tighter, one hand beneath my chin.

We were interrupted when the bedroom door flew open, and a heavy weight landed on Ethan's body, making him let out a groan. I giggled when I saw Grayson, who pulled me towards him, hugging me like he hadn't seen me in years.
It'd only been a month or so, Gray.
" I'm so happy you're here! Ethan's not gonna be moody anymore! " He pretty much squealed, a laugh escaping my lips as he let me go, considering that he was nearly crushing me.
" me too " I giggled, sitting up straight as my boyfriend and his brother did the same.
Ethan wrapped an arm around my waist, while Grayson looked between the two of us with narrow eyes.
" why do you both look as if you've got something to say? " Grayson chuckled, a breath escaping Ethan's lips as he shook his head, amused by his brother's words.
I however, blinked away all of my worries, plastered a proud smile on my face, and embraced it. With the support I was receiving from Ethan, Lisa and Cameron, I felt stronger than ever. I knew that Sean would come around, nearly every parent would have reacted how he did. But I was sure that he would grow to love the family we were becoming.
" uh.. I'm pregnant? " it came out as more of a question, since I wasn't aware of what his reaction would be at all.
I felt a wave of relief wash over me when his cheeks perked up in surprise, his eyebrows raising and the largest grin forming on his face.
" really? you aren't messing with me, are you? is there a hidden camera or something? that would be a mean prank to pull... " Grayson's happiness faded, the hope obvious in his eyes as he stared at us cautiously.
I laughed loudly, sitting cross legged before slapping his forehead playfully. The boy let out a groan, being over dramatic, just like Ethan always is.
" no. I'm serious " I told him, watching him throw his hands up into the air, kicking his legs around on the bed.
" I told you she was, Ethan!! I fucking told- " Grayson screamed, before I interrupted.
" language! " I joked, although he thought I was serious, just by the way I looked at him sternly... that was until I smirked, shoving his shoulder gently " you piece of shit "
