three weeks later.

" so my mom just now told me, that you apparently want to have this baby in Jersey " Ethan smiled, belly flopping onto the bed right beside me.
" yeah, I do. I love it here, it already feels more like home than Cheshire, or anywhere I've ever been. That's if it's okay with you, of course " I shrugged, speaking my mind truthfully.
Before I could ramble anymore, Ethan placed a delicate kiss against my lips, his hands on my waist as my hand pressed against his jawline. The amazing feeling which I will never get enough of returned to the pit of my stomach, while my lips tingled as soon as he pulled away.
" that's perfect " He said, his voice barely above a whisper, a grin spreading out across my face.
" I think my mom loves you more then she loves me and Grayson " Ethan added, my head falling back in amusement as a laugh escaped my lips.
I giggled, shaking my head at what the boy had said. He paused for a second, staring at me in admiration before jumping up from the cosy bed, and running a hand through his hair.
" come on, we don't want to be late " He grinned, extending his hand out for me to grab.
I took it, then smoothing out my clothes. I was again wearing a hoodie and some leggings, wanting to feel comfortable.

Today was our first scan, something which I was extremely nervous for. I was excited to finally see the baby, and so was Ethan, but it was nerve wracking.
" let me know how it goes!! Bring me back the ultrasound photos! " Lisa screeched happily, cupping my face in her hands and kissing my cheek.
I giggled at her excitement, giving her a quick hug, as well as Sean, before following Ethan out to his car.
The second we sat down I let out a breath, my eyes averting to the boy by my side as he placed a hand on my leg, rubbing up and down soothingly. He could tell I was scared, but he was too. We're going to be parents, and the reality is only just hitting us now.

The second I lifted my hoodie and the nurse began preparing my belly, I felt Ethan take my hand in his. I looked over at him, the largest and most reassuring smile on his face as he looked at me. He mouthed the words, I love you, something so small which made me smile, my attention averting to the screen as soon as the ultrasound was being shown.
There on the screen was my baby, a tiny, tiny fetus. The sight of it made my eyes grow glossy, my heart pounding heavily for the child that was growing inside of me. I was going to love this baby with all of my heart, and I already did.
I looked over at Ethan, who's eyes stayed glued to the screen also, the corners of his lips tugging up into a smile. He looked amazed, in love, in fact. He loved this baby with everything he had in him, and that love would only grow.
" you're two and a half months " The nurse informed me, my eyebrows raising at the sudden information.
I hadn't even realised that much time had gone by, but the thought of giving birth to this child in six and a half months made yet neither smile grow to my face. When I first found out I was pregnant, my reaction was horrible. But now with the support from my brother, Ethan, and all of his amazing family, I'm excited. I'm excited to be welcoming a baby, and starting a family with the boy I love, despite how young we may be.
