two months later.

" Lucas!! " I shrieked excitedly as my brother wrapped his arms around me, spinning me slightly.
I giggled, looking up at the tall boy who's bright blue eyes were shimmering happily. It was then that he saw Ethan, the two exchanging one of those bro hugs, whilst my bestfriend ran into my arms.
Ethan and I had decided to fly my brother and Sam out to New Jersey, to stay with us in our new home. We had a lot planned, including the gender reveal party tomorrow, which I was looking toward to more than anything.
" I missed you so much! " Sam smiled as she hugged me tighter than ever, and I gasped for air. She's always been a hugger.
" you're going to turn me into a pancake, Sam... and I'm carrying a baby " I said through gritted teeth, a smirk forming on the girl's lips as I spoke.
She smiled at me again, greeting Ethan immediately after with a friendly hug, and some kind words. I was over the moon to have them here in Jersey, the two of them being such important people in my life. I wanted to have them here to experience this pregnancy with me, not just over FaceTime and messages.

" wow, this is gorgeous " Sam gasped in awe as she took a look around our home, a natural grin forming on my face.
We thanked her, giving my brother and bestfriend a small tour of the house. Lucas wouldn't stop going on about how he was going to be an amazing uncle, and about how he was going to teach our baby how to play football in the back garden.

All four of us were sat in the living room catching up, when the front door opened, and Grayson's voice echoed throughout the house. My eyes snapped to the door when he entered with three boxes stacked up in his arms, with what I was guessing was the decorations for tomorrow.
" that's perfect, Gray. thanks " Ethan took them from him, before placing them in the kitchen.
Grayson, however, looked at Sam, a smile spreading onto his lips when he remembered the short fling that they had months ago in LA. They got along so well and definitely had a connection, as well as the odd kiss here and there, but when she left back for Cheshire the two just lost touch.
" Sam! how are you? " Grayson immediately asked, holding out his arms for a hug, which the girl quickly accepted.
I grinned as I watched them, my boyfriend coming back into the room and collapsing onto the sofa beside me. I giggled, the boy resting his head on my shoulder as he cuddled into my side, his hand tracing circles on my belly, which was covered by my hoodie.
" and you must be Lucas, you're a lot taller than I thought you'd be " Grayson chuckled as he looked up at my brother, who shook his hand with a friendly grin.
" yeah, I've heard that a lot " My brother chuckled, whilst I watched with a smile.
He was sixteen now, turning seventeen in about five months. He really did look older, however, and didn't have a problem buying alcohol back in England.

" oh my god, stop! " Sam gasped as Ethan climbed onto the back of his bike, whilst my brother sat on the front, and Grayson tried to balance in the middle.
Somehow, it worked, and with as much strength as he could, Lucas pedalled along to the top of the grass hill, with the help of Ethan kicking them along, of course.
" no, don't tell them to stop. I want to watch them fall over and break a bone " I joked, turning my head to see the three flying down the grass of our back garden.
Sam and I erupted into a fit of laughter when they crashed down at the end, Ethan somehow ending up at the bottom of the pile.
Lucas was unbothered, as he jumped up, wanting another shot at the home made ride, as well as Grayson, who was shirtless and covered in mud. Ethan was without a shirt and messy too, but instead he laid on the grass, laughing like a maniac, but clutching his left foot tightly in his hand.
