I gave one final push, ethan holding my hand, kissing the back of it gently to help get me through. It did help, as I squeezed his hand even tighter. He didn't complain, he just let me do it, squeezing back slightly and letting the pad of his thumb run across my fingers.
" you're doing great, hol " he would tell me, before leaning over and kissing my forehead, aware that there was not much else he could do besides offer support.
His help encouraged me, and so I did what the nurse had told me, pushing one last time with a groan leaving my lips, and the sound of another babies cries erupting in the room.

I blinked away the tears, smiling like a fool as I stared at my two beautiful babies in the nurses arms, simply in disbelief.
Ethan hadn't said a word since the nurse held them, all he did was watch, his lips agape and his eyes glossy, as if he were on the verge of tears.
She gently placed them into my arms, a tear slipping down my cheek as I stared at my beautiful baby boy, and beautiful baby girl. They were the cutest things I'd ever seen, both of them already dressed in the baby onesies ethan had bought.
My finger ran across their cheeks, bopping both of their noses with a slight giggle, a yawn leaving my baby girl's lips.
" Just like you, always tired " Ethan smiled as he leaned over the hospital bed, looking down at our two babies with admiration in his eyes.
I laughed gently at his words, my heart about to explode. I loved them, and Ethan, so much.

When I handed him our children, however, the tear that had been begging to be set free dropped from his eye, running down his cheek.
He smiled, his lips placing a soft kiss to their heads, as our baby boy's tiny fingers wrapped around his large one. I nearly cried at the sight, my heart beating rapidly because of all of the love in the room. It was an amazing feeling, and I couldn't believe I had just welcomed two amazing babies into the world, and into our lives.

Just as Ethan was about to say something to me, the door to the room burst open, and in came Grayson, Cameron, Lucas, Sam, Lisa and Sean, all of them stopping when they saw the two babies, and awing out loud.
" they are so precious! " Lisa grinned, her eyes watery as Ethan kissed his babies foreheads again, before holding his arms out.
Lisa took our baby boy from him, holding him close to her chest while Sean held our baby girl.
" he's going to be one heartbreaker, I can already tell " Lisa commented, making Ethan and I both laugh at how cheesy she was.
Lisa and Sean both swapped, making me smile at how adorable they were with their grandchildren. That sounded weird to say.
" and she! she is just beautiful. she must get that from her mommy " Lisa grinned, a smile rising to my lips at how lovely she was.

Soon enough it was Grayson's turn, and he picked both of our babies up, Ethan telling his clumsy brother to be careful many times in the process.
He smiled down at his niece and nephew, Sam also stood beside him, her hand caressing their cheeks as she held back the tears.
" I'm going to be the best uncle ever, I'll teach you guys how to play football! oh! and, we can make that homemade rollercoaster and go down that hill on my bike in your mom and dads garde- " Grayson began, talking to them as if they were going to respond.
" no! Gray, that's not happening. I broke a toe by doing that! " Ethan tried not to yell, as Grayson and I cackled.
" I was joking, calm down " Grayson began, smiling happily at his niece and nephew " we'll do that when you're a little older "

Ethan rolled his eyes, watching as his sister, and my brother held our two amazing children. It was an amazing sight, watching our family all shed tears and smile over our children.

The chattering in the room was all I could hear until I zoned out, tilting my head to look up at Ethan, who was sat in the hospital chair beside the bed. He immediately looked back down at me, his lips curving up into a smile as he still held my hand tightly in his own.
I was so grateful to have had him by my side throughout all of this. We were our own little family now, I was the happiest I'd ever been, and so was he.

" so, what about names? " Lisa suddenly asked, snapping both Ethan and I out of our daydream.
We both looked up at the new grandma, smirks forming on our lips as exchanged glances.
I looked at all of my amazing family around the room, my heart thumping as they all smiled at us, waiting to hear the names.

That was when Ethan, the boy who I met over tinder, and whom I fell madly in love with, squeezed my hand that little bit tighter.
