Chapter 13

Daniella's pov

My eyes opened to a new place but it wasn't a familiar place that I knew. "Hello?" I heard my voice shout but I didn't open my mouth. "I know you didn't."

Huh? "Where am I?" My head span around in confusion. "Your half way in between life and death." I tried to focus on the direction of the voice. "What? Who are you and where are you?" I spoke aloud.

"I'm your future. I'm over here!" The voice shouted behind me. I spun around and sure enough there was another replica of me. Weird right?

"What am I doing here?" The person or me laughed. "You don't remember do you?" I shook my head in confusion. "Wait should I?" I asked worridly. Before I knew it a bright light flashed. I saw my whole life,my family. How happy and healthy we looked before. I saw how everything changed how everything went downhill. I saw how Demi beat me up. Then I me, with my blade and belt. That's it I remember, I wanted to die. Then why the heck am I here?

"Your here because, you have a choice."

"Of what?"

"To go back or stay here." To be honest I would rather stay here. "No you wouldn't!" I sighed could this get any worse.

Demi's pov

She's in a coma it's all my fault, I pushed my daughter to the edge. My own daughter. When the doctor told me, my heart broke. She could of died and it would be all my fault.

Dallas' gaze burned through me as I looked away. If your wondering why,I just told her the whole truth. And believe me she's pissed, I don't blame her though.

"How could you!" She growled at me. I just winched at the sound. "Answer me Demi! She's your daughter for crying out loud! You should of treated her right!" She yelled at me.

"I tried Dallas! Don't you think I knew that?! You don't know what's like; all the work, all the effort. You think you know me but you don't know no-one does,just..." She cut me off.

"Just Wilmer or Nick right. Your so childish Demi when are you going to learn to put someone else's needs before yours!" I grew angry. "I do put other people's needs before mine!" I yelled.

"Oh really who? Tell me! Is it Maddie, Wilmer and Nick right?! See you don't! Those are for your needs Demetria. Selfish much?"

I rose my hand but a voice held me back. "DEMETRIA!" I quickly placed my hand down and turned around. My mother stood there fuming. If this was a cartoon there would be smoke everywhere. "What do you think your doing?!" She spoke so calmy,that it scared the wits out of me.

"N-Nothing!" I spoke too quickly, mentally cursing at myself. "Oh ok so I did just not see you trying to slap your older sister?!"

I sighed and turned to face Dallas, which shocked me because tears where stremming fast down her face. She glared at me with teary eyes. "I will never forgive you if something happens to her, never!" She screamed and ran off with mom following in tow.

I glanced at Maddie who was at the foot of the stairs. Fear clearly in her eyes. "Demi?" She asked quietly. "What do we do now?"

I bit my lip thoughtfully. An idea popped in my head. I grabbed Madison's arm and dragged her upstairs. "Madison start packing! Now!" I shouted at the end when she stayed in the same spot.

She moved to her bedroom and I grabbed my suitcase, crazily grabbing and throwing random clothes in there. When it was full I put it under my bed, ready for tonight. "Maddie you ready yet?" I asked walking in her room. She nodded and I carried the suitcase to my room and put it next to mine under the bed.

"Demi? Where are we going?" Maddie asked confused. "Remember that little getaway home I got, without anyone knowing except you and..." She nodded understanding. "When are we going?"

"Tonight babygirl, we'll come back when everythings less hectic for us okay?" She nodded slightly and climbed on my lap. "I-I'm sorry Demi's it's all m-my fault." She sobbed in the crook of my neck. "Baby shh your okay, the fault is mostly mine. I treated her wrong not you."

"Yeah but you beat her up because of me." I frowned confusingly. "What do you mean?"

"I lied Demi she really didn't hurt me. But when she shouted at me, I became angry and got back at her but I didn't know she was gonna do that!" She cried loudly. I soothed her and cooed softly in her ear. "Baby dry those tears, it will get better for us okay." She nodded and before I knew it she fell asleep. I sighed and let the tears fall silently and I fell asleep with tear tracks down my face.

Maddie's pov

Night came around faster than usual. When Demi shook me awake, we grabbed our suitcases and carefully left the house. Placing the heavy loaded suitcases in Demi's trunk, we sped off in the night. I glanced at Demi,in the driver's seat, who was watching the road with care. Don't ask why. "Dems?" I asked when we stopped at a red light. "Yeah baby?" I sighed. "W-Will Dani be okay?" I asked my voice cracking in places.

She didn't say nothing for a minute but just held my hand, stroking my knuckles with her thumb. She finally plucked up the courage and spoke. "I don't know babygirl, I don't know." She wiped her tears and continued driving through the night.

Dani's pov

"Look will you tell me how I can get out of here?!" I yelled in fustration at the same image of myself. "I've told you, you need to choose." I nearly screamed, this person, which is myself ( Weird), is pissing me off right now.

"Seriously I don't know."

"Well you've been in a coma for three weeks now. You need to choose quickly." They pointed out. I sighed. "Well I never!!" I screamed out. "Well take a look at this, in the future, this is what will happen if you die."

The future flashed in front and showed me how everyone is going to break, even Dallas but Demi my mother might die, if I didn't wake up. My father will become alcoholic and kill himself nearly.

Tears fell from my eyes as I watched. No no this can not happen. "Then wake up!" I shook my head still in disbelief.  I turned to the replica. "I think I want to..."
