* Chapter 4: Sexy Sadie *Paul arrived in front of my flat and kissed me on the cheek, "I'll call you later, alright?" I nodded, "Bye James Paul McCartney." I smirked as his cheeks began to redden as he looked into my eyes, "It's a good thing we met." I raised an eyebrow, "And why's that?"
Paul simply smiled, "You'll see soon."
I nodded slowly and got out of the car and entered the flat.
"Lizzie? Is that you?" Sadie hollered from up stairs. "Yes it's me!" I sighed happily as I walked up the stairs and knocked on her already opened door. "Lizzie! What happened? It's almost noon!" She spoke excitedly and nervously.
"Well I went home with Paul. And he said he 'felt drawn to me' so I told him if he wanted me, he'd have to clean up his act." Sadie fell on to her bed, her jaw hung open.
"Elizabeth, what did you just do? Paul isn't going to clean up his act for just anyone!" She finally spoke up after a moment of recollecting herself.
"I don't know, maybe he wi-" I began before I was interrupted with the ring of a phone. I looked at Sadie who ran down the stairs. I quickly followed behind her, and ten she answered the phone. "Hello?... Yes she's here. May I ask who this is?... Really?... Like the Paul McCartney?... Oh wow, alright here she is." She spoke trying to sound calm but obviously failed. She handed me the phone, "It's actually him." She repeated as she dumbly went back to her room.
I felt my face form a grin as I held the phone up to my ear, "Hello?" I asked to confirm that he was still there.
"Hi, Elizabeth?" His voice sounded like a soft singing angel.. Never mind, scratch that.
"Yes, how are you?" I asked trying to get that thought out of my mind. "I'm doing well, um, I just wanted to know if you were free sometime this week. I want to take you out to dinner." Paul spoke through the phone.
I bit my lip, trying to hold back my foolish grin, "I'd love to, James, I think -" "I'm assuming you're using my name as a good thing." I laughed and continued as if he never interrupted, "I think I'm free Thursday. So not tomorrow, but the day after tomorrow." It took Paul a moment to respond, "Gear! I'll pick you up then. Thursday night, seven?" I accepted, "Alright, seven works for me. I have to go now, I'll see you then." He chuckled, "Alright, bye, my love, Elizabeth."
I felt my cheeks redden as I put the phone down. "My love?" I whispered to nothing. I stayed there and shrugged, "He probably says that to all the girls." I thought to myself as I walked back up the stairs and went to Sadie's room.
She had on a black top and white pants, "Where are you going, Miss Sadie?" I teased as she turned to face me, her face already covered in makeup.
She smiled as she went over to get her trumpet case, "Well after you were no where to be seen, I caught up with Daniel, he's a trumpet player, and he's going to teach me a few things on the horn. And maybe afterwards we might go get dinner." I laughed, "You're not going to be a music teacher, are you?" She shrugged, "I thought about it, and thank god that I'm majoring in just music because now I can just perform if I want to. Which will most likely happen."
I nodded and the door bell rang through the house, "Oh that must be Daniel! I've got to get going, I'll see you later. Who knows maybe tomorrow." She winked as she left her room and out the door.
I laughed to myself for a moment before leaving the now empty room and went back to mine. I grabbed a simple change of clothes. I lazily walked over to the bathroom and took a shower.**********
Once I got out and was dressed, I decided to sit and watch the telly. I had no real use for it, I could do something more useful such as cleaning. But that seems like more of a Sunday problem.
As I waited for something interesting to go off the doorbell rang. I shrugged it off thinking it was nothing. Maybe a neighbor asking for a cup of sugar. Who knew. Then it went off again.
And again. Then they began to knock obsessively.
I groaned and walked over to the door and opened it. "What is I-" my eyes widened. "Paul?"
The doe eyed boy wore a long coat, a hat, and an obviously fake mustache. "May I come in Madame?" He said in a ridiculous posh accent as he cocked his eyebrows. I allowed him to enter and closed the door after.
"What're you doing here?" I asked as he sat right where I was. "I got lonely." He shrugged off. "And? What about the boys?" I asked.
"Oh they decided to go to the clubs. The lads invited me but I turned them down. Too many ways to mess up, you know." He winked. I blushed slightly, "Is Elizabeth blushing?" He asked excitedly as he pinched my cheeks. "No, I don't blush." I smiled as I felt my cheeks go brighter. Paul laughed, "Liar!"
I quickly covered my face and laughed. Paul took my hands away from my face, "Don't hide such a beautiful face." I blushed as his fingers intertwined with mine.
"You just know how to make a girl yours, don't you?"
