1. Your prices are too high!!
This is one I get all the time at school. As someone who has financially struggled my whole life, I understand when people can't pay. Which is why I make my full commission pack two dollars. And people yell at me about how the prices are too high. Understandable, people don't have money to burn. Yet those same people go on bragging about how their parents and filthy rich and buy them anything they want!2. Lol, why is it a box?
I get this one a lot at school, also. For those who don't know, I start my first layer sketch with shape sketches. When people watch me draw, they immediately comment on how I'm just drawing boxes, lines, and ovals. That's cause. I'm. Not. Done. Yet3. Can you draw me?!
I don't have a problem with drawing people. I love drawing people! Especially my friends! But it's the reaction I get most of the time. "That looks nothing like me, start over."
One word; NO.4. Colored pencils
Mmmm, where do I start? I started my art journey with colored pencils. But I hate them. Everytime I draw with them, the tips break or they don't blend or the color is too light. I can go on, but I think you get the point.5. Markers
I don't really have that many bad things to say about markers. I use markers and I absolutely love them! Most are a huge step up from colored pencils, especially Sharpies (I love coloring in Sharpies)
But I hate it when markers start drying in the middle of you using them
Most of my markers are years old or I use them so much that they're already outta ink, so I get this problem A LOT.
