A rhino turned to look at the red-gold dawning sky, so the rhino and it's herd started forward. Antelopes also looked at the sky and started following the rhino herd. So did the meerkats and groundhogs as they appeared from their tunnels and started following the herds. Clans of cheetahs and leopards started running across the fields towards their destination. A flock of tall vultures were at the rainforest river looked up at the sky and started flying down the waterfall. A huge herd of elephants were going through a morning misty and passing a huge mountain. Flocks of birds flew over the Pride Lands led the herds. Gazelles and okapi herds leaped gracefully in the misty glades and tall trees. Giraffes joined the traveling herds, while the zebra herd cantered across the dry pathway. Small flightless blue birds started running away from the huge feet from the elephant herd. The zebra herd, the wildebeest herd, and the elephant herd swam through a river. A few colorful birds hitched a ride on the elephants' tucks and baboons swung from trees and got rides from rhinos. Friendly hyenas came from the elephant graveyard with bright and knowing eyes, they were soonly joined with friendly jackals, leopards, and cheetahs.
Then all the animals and birds surrounded Pride Rock and Zazo flew above them and landed in front of a black-maned brown lion with warm green eyes, known as Kovu. Zazo bowed down to Kovu and Kovu nodded and smiled.
Then the animals cleared a way for two baboons with walking sticks. The baboon was known as Rafiki and the other is Makini climbed up towards the lion and Kovu hugged Rafiki.
Kovu walked towards Kiara, who was with the lionesses, Simba, Nala, Vitani, Sarafina, Sarabi, Tiifu, Zuri, Timon, and Pumbaa. Kiara nuzzled her head against Kovu's black mane, then Kiara licked her and Kovu's cub. The cub looked up and blinked quietly. He turned upward, showing his underbelly.
Rafiki waved his stick with red-orange fruit at the cub, the cub tried to grab it but then Rafiki broke an extra piece of the fruit and rubbed the juice on the cub. Then Rafiki scoop of cool white sand from the ground, he sprayed a fair spray of sand on the cub's head, the cub sneezed Kovu and Kiara nuzzled each other again.
Rafiki picked the cub up and walked with the cub towards the edge Pride Rock.
All the animals and birds looked up as they watched Rafiki carried the newborn prince to the edge. Then Rafiki held the cub up high, above his head and all the animals and birds cried out as a beam of sunlight came from the sun and on to the lion cub. Then all the animals and birds started bowing down to the prince.
