This song/chapter does mention some religious stuff, and I'm very religious so I kept it in. It is not meant to offend anybody. It is just what I believe in.

(Third Person)
Edd stood alone in the familiar field of multi-colored flowers and emerald green grass.
"Let me tell ya' what I wish I'd known, when I was young and dreamed of glory," Tom appeared in front of him. "You have no control who lives, who dies, who tells your story." Tom vanished.
"Lauren." A mixture of voices said as the familiar structure of
Y/N's friend, Lauren, was created from mist.
"I'll give him this," she started. "His leadership made a very well-planned society. I couldn't undo it if I tried." She laughed. "And...I've tried."
"Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?" The mix of voices sang. "Ember."
The figure of Ember was made of the same mist as Lauren was. "He took the world from chaos to peace. I hate to admit it, but he does not get enough credit for all the credit he gave us."
"Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?" The voice mix repeated the line.
"Every other leader's story gets told. Every other leader gets to grow old," Matt's voice echoed in Edd's head.
"And when you're gone, who remembers your name? Who keeps your flame, who tells your story?" Philip appeared in front of Edd, knocking the short man down in the process.
"Who tells your story? Who tells your story?" The figures of everyone he cared about-except for Y/N and Edd's daughter-circled him, asking him the same question until some mist cleared, revealing his wife.
"Y/N~" a few voices sang the woman's name.
"I put myself back in the narrative," she smiled and sang softly.
"Y/N~" the voices repeated her name.
"I stop wasting time on tears, I live another fifty years, it's not enough." Y/N turned around to face Edd, although she couldn't see him.
"I interview every soldier who fought by your side," her voice carried the beautiful melody.
"She tells our story," a few soldiers from the rebellion's army appeared next to Edd and they shared a hug.
"I try to make sense of your thousands of pages of writings, you really do write like you're running out of time." Y/N stated, walking around piles of the things Edd had written.
"I rely on Thomas," Tom appeared behind Edd, covering his eyes as a reuniting joke.
"While he's alive we tell your story." Edd thought about the last thing he heard, Y/N's grief-stricken scream.
"He is buried in Raspberry Meadow near you," she stood in front of her brother's grave, setting a flower on it. "When I needed him most he was right on time."
"And I'm still not through, I ask myself 'what would you do if you had more time'? The Lord and his kindness, he gives me what you always wanted, he gives me more time!" Y/N smiled.
"I raise funds in D.C. for the Thompson monument!" Y/N stands in her memories, staring at the large statue that depicted her, Tom and Matt.
"She tells our story," Tom and Matt smile, and Edd has a group hug with them.
"I speak out against slavery! You could've done so much more if you only had time!" Y/N stood confidently in front of a crowd of people.
"And when my time is up, have I done enough? Will they tell your story?" Y/N's expression turned to fear, then she turned her back to Edd, and he felt everyone he cared about appear behind him.
"Oh," she whispered. "Can I show you what I'm proudest of?" She asked.
"The orphanage~" the voices sang with happiness.
"I established the first private orphanage in Thistle, England." She turned around, and a giant building appeared behind her.
"The orphanage~" the voices repeated their line.
"I helped raise hundreds of children." She smiled warmly as many children of different ages ran around her. "I get to see them growing up."
"In their eyes I see you Edward," her eyes clouded. "I see you every time,"
"And when my time is up, have I done enough? Will they tell OUR story?" She asked. Then Y/N appeared to be in a hospital bed, seeming to be elderly. There were so many younger people were surrounding her.
"Oh I can't wait to see you again...it's only a matter of time." Y/N whispered.
(Your POV)
You closed your eyes, ignoring the pleas for you to stay. When you opened them, you saw your daughter, and C/N clutching your elderly body.
When you looked at your body, you were surprised. Your skin was smooth and young-looking again, and you had a shimmery white aura creating your outline.
You cupped Penelope's cheek in your hand to silently reassure her that you weren't gone forever. Then white, feathery wings spread from your back and you flew to the clear, blue sky.
"Y/N?" You heard some of your friends behind you. When you turned around, you saw Ember, Lauren, Rebecca and B/N.
"It's so good to see you again!" You all share an embrace, then
B/N looks up to someone.
"Hey sis!" You hear Tom's voice. Tears filled your eyes as you turned around to see Tom and Matt, waiting for you.
"Ahaha!" You laugh with excitement as Tom picks you up in a brotherly fashion and twirls you around he sets you down.
"Hey mom." Philip's hand was on your shoulder. You shared a hug with him, then he linked arms with you and lead you to a river.
"Philip, did I do enough?" You asked your son.
"Yes, you did." Philip laughs. "He couldn't stop talking about you!" Philip looks up.
You cast your sight to where Philip was staring. Edd was standing there, looking as young as you remembered.
Tears streamed down your face as you dashed over to Edd. He hugged you tightly and you finally looked directly at each other.
Then you share a long, tender kiss.
The End.
